They agree they owe it. Two weeks ago I gave them my checking account information. AGAIN. Today I was told someone shredded it by accident?!?! Dr. Tseng and Annie were lovely to me when I went there. However, their new manager, Jennifer is not. She informed me that she has only been there only three weeks, was on overload, and wasn't there last year when this occurred. Of course, that doesn't mean the debt is absolved. I didn't understand her thinking about that..it makes no sense. Then, I suggested I come in. She said you can come in all you want but no one can help you. What? Then why take my information if no one can help me? I would hope in this same situation, I would be solicitous, understanding and apologetic. All of which Jennifer was not. Put a call into Annie.. still waiting.

Very unpleasant and repeatedly contradicted the explanation of benefits we received from our insurance (confirmed in written and oral form) which the practice is bound to abide by as part of the network agreement. They wanted us to pay the full price tag for our daughter's wisdom teeth extraction and deal directly with Anthem for reimbursement afterwards, even though they are listed as an "in network" provider. Not wanting to pay $1,400 more than the amount the insurance confirmed we should pay (Approved Amount), we had to cancel the procedure.

From the start, he made my son feel very comfortable during the entire procedure. He even introduced himself as "Phil," gave my son multiple fist bumps, and offered lots of praise and encouragement. We had previously seen another endodontist who told us he wouldn't be able to perform the root canal because my son was "too wiggly" and suggested IV sedation. Dr. Mascia, however, was able to successfully complete the procedure using just Novocain and nitrous oxide. That meant so much to us. The entire staff was incredibly friendly, patient, and caring. Over 20 years of anxiety going to the dentist, cancelling appointments I felt comfortable walking in. It took me 8 months just to schedule an appointment. When I told her something was uncomfortable she stopped and listened she actually cared what I had to say .. and not do it ! Because it was hurting me .
