Persönlich würde ich es vorziehen, wenn die Portionen kleiner wären, dafür aber ausgefeilter. Qualitativ befindet sich das Paracas im Mittelfeld meiner Erwartungen. It's not the most melt in your mouth steak you'll ever have nor will it be the best cut of steak your mouth will come into contact with, but the flavors are there and juiciness shows in every bite. Here I am, 10 hours before my flight out of Berlin, sipping on a Pisco Sour! The lovely bartender and waitress greeted me as soon as I entered. I knew exactly what I wanted - the famous Pisco Sour!! This is probably the only place in Berlin to get this Peruvian Provision, and it sure has a kick! The Pisco Sour has a strong but not overwhelming taste of the liquor, and the foam on top is definitely the authentic Pisco Sour experience! The only thing I wish was that the foam was thicker, as that is what I was used to in Cusco.
