Menu offers a nice selection of energy fresh which are custom fruit drinks with lotus similar to energy drinks, they have energy smoothies which have lotus too, there's classic coffee, latte, Italian frappes, and cold brew. They have assorted baked goods like sliced cakes and danish with flavors for spinach and feta, and tomato and olive, as well as breakfast and lunch sandwiches with bread for croissants, bagels, and ciabatta. Kal recommends to keep bread as is but if you have a preference, you can kindly ask to substitute bread, they're very accommodating. Most popular sandwich is Turkey Bacon Al Fresco. Lots of open spaces divided into different sections: the bar, the bakery, the market, dining area, and a more private space that reminds me of a cave hotel I stayed at. You check out the menu and order at the bakery section. Get a number and find a table and they'll deliver your food for you. While waiting for the food, I checked out the bakery and the market. At the market, they have French snacks, sauces, jar and canned food: truffle potato chips, gummies, jams, jellies, cookies, sardines, foie gras, bearnaise sauce, mayo, etc. We grabbed bags of truffle potato chips to take home. From the bakery: Danishes: mixed berries, creme brulee, Dubai, Nutella Croissants: plain, almond, pistachio raspberry, St. Honore, Bueno Other baked goods: apple tart, baguette, macarons Tiramisu Iced Latte: They don't have a lot of non-dairy milk substitutes. We ordered the Dubai chocolate danish but we were given a raspberry pistachio croissant instead - we only checked the bag when we got home. It's still good though. It's not at all close to my house, so I don't get to visit very often. But when my husband and I are in this area we always try to stop by. We mostly do the drive-thru, but have been inside a couple of times. It's very clean and cozy. I believe our favorite drink is called the Campfire Mocha. It's so yummy. A mocha lightly spiced with cinnamon and cayenne pepper. Definitely worth a visit if you're in the area!
