Convenient for her, as all other employees in the store were wearing one. I told her I needed to process a return. She said she needed the shipping label. Which I didn't have. When I told her I didn't think I was given one. She was a total smart ass. "Well, I need some kind of label" of course you do sweetie! I know how returns work. I didn't want to hold up the line so I took a step back and started to pull up the return to see if there was a shipping label. The woman I let go in front of me didn't have a shipping label, and the girl behind the counter.(same girl) very politely and sweetly informed the woman how she can email the label to her, she can print it out, and presto she is done. My BF and so looked at each other, like whaaat! Why would she be so polite to this woman and so rude to us? So I asked the woman, can I please get a copy of that email address? She kinda tossed it to us. Now my BF and I decided to take the Blake and Ryan approach, and just simply discuss this woman's indiscretions, as if she wasn't there. We were not loud, or rude, very matter of fact. She knew of course we were talking about her. She was uncomfortable, as was everyone else. Which suited me fine. Since they all made us uncomfortable. Shame, because UPS is really losing a lot of money right now. You would think there would be more care by their in shop employees. I know their Drivers are awesome. Hours are 7:30am-4:30pm M-F so you're better off getting your order in early and they can usually turn it around in less than 24hrs. I've often emailed a doc in the evening after they're closed, get a reply back from Dave around 7:30am, and have my prints that afternoon. - Call to get an estimate or email (easternp@rochester.rr.com) They do everything -- posters, banners, flyers, trimming, etc. and the quality is flawless! An example, I had an order of 200 postcards (trimmed too) I needed printed plus 30 12x18 posters -- total ~$65 frim Eastern Printing. Last year when I printed only 200 postcards elsewhere (FedEx, ahem...) it was over $100! It was a hassle too. I will 100% be supporting Dave and his team. They do great work, are fast, and cost effective. That's the best of all worlds.

Beyond the great service Tracy provided, the location was convenient and they were super speedy. Their studio space is quite large too.
