I paid for an upgrade to a floral arrangement and the flowers were just like the basic picture. Shame on them!

I can't say enough about the owner, Lynn and her employee (my apologies, I forgot her name). Unfortunately, my aunt and her daughter had made the mistake to order flowers through 1800flowers a week earlier for a memorial service, but the entire order was a blunder and we found out at 6 pm the night before the service there was no order. I called Flower Barn at 9 am on Friday, December 27th to order two good size bouquets for my cousin's noon memorial service the same day. I explained what had happened, the young woman empathized with me, and got straight to work coordinating their morning flower delivery. She and her boss spoke, and determined they could make two purple flower bouquets for an 11:30 am pick up. It was a huge relief to know that both women cared about our family and our loss that they went above and beyond to solve our problem. I was called at 10:55 am to inform me that our flowers were ready for pick up. On behalf of my Aunt, who lost her youngest daughter (49), I cannot thank these women enough. Birthday flowers were ordered here for my mother in law Juanita and we just received the call from her a few hours ago that the flower arrangement that was delivered today brightened her day and were beautiful!! My boyfriend's Aunt was turning 90 (and I swear she looks and acts like she is a good 20+ years younger!!). What I though was her fault was totally telafloras fault and not only did she show me the sheet from them, but she called herself to make sure that they refunded my entire purchase. A TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT!!! On my wedding day, Flower Barn was to deliver the bouquet we ordered to the hyatt no later than 12:30pm; at 1:00pm still no bouquet so we had to call them; they told us soon it would there i asked them to define soon and they said 40 minutes. They didn't show up with it until 2:00pm! then i was the one who had to call them to follow up never even hearing any kind of an apology!! The owner said "That was the best we could do...there was a lot going on...I'll give you $25 back... what do you expect me to do??" If everyone's best is the Flower Barn's best my wedding would have been a train wreck!!! Any business may have a day where things get messed up but who reacts to it in such a manner!?! Not once did the owner use the word sorry!!!! We gave them charms to add to the bouquet and it looks as though they forgot about them and tied them in a knot. On top of this the bouquet was missing flowers i was suppose to have in it and measly for what we paid. I told the owner to call me back when she could answer her own question, "what do you want me to do?"
