I called Lynn twice in about a week - once for my mom's bday bouquet and once for an "I'm sorry" bouquet (my name for that, not hers, lol). Lynn created an exquisite bouquet based on the pictures & options on the website, adding in more purple/pink for my mom. The flowers were fresh, vibrant, and smelled amazing! My mom loved it sooo much! Next, I missed breakfast with a friend and wanted something to soothe her hurt feelings. I knew Lynn could create something beautiful on a budget so I called and in a few hours I had a fresh, beautiful bouquet to bring to my friend! Thank you Lynn for creating beautiful arrangements that bring joy to the people in my life. I will continue to shop with you and recommend you to my friends & family! read more

I paid for an upgrade to a floral arrangement and the flowers were just like the basic picture. Shame on them!

I can't say enough about the owner, Lynn and her employee (my apologies, I forgot her name). Unfortunately, my aunt and her daughter had made the mistake to order flowers through 1800flowers a week earlier for a memorial service, but the entire order was a blunder and we found out at 6 pm the night before the service there was no order. I called Flower Barn at 9 am on Friday, December 27th to order two good size bouquets for my cousin's noon memorial service the same day. I explained what had happened, the young woman empathized with me, and got straight to work coordinating their morning flower delivery. She and her boss spoke, and determined they could make two purple flower bouquets for an 11:30 am pick up. It was a huge relief to know that both women cared about our family and our loss that they went above and beyond to solve our problem. I was called at 10:55 am to inform me that our flowers were ready for pick up. On behalf of my Aunt, who lost her youngest daughter (49), I cannot thank these women enough. They relieved so much stress and turned a dreadful situation into a positive end. Now, we will always order our flowers through Flower Barn! read more

Birthday flowers were ordered here for my mother in law Juanita and we just received the call from her a few hours ago that the flower arrangement that was delivered today brightened her day and were beautiful!! Not only were the flowers beautiful but the vase was as well with the hanging dragonfly medallion was an added bonus! I found the Flower Barn on Yelp! The order was placed on Saturday and they were very helpful & friendly over the phone. Because we live in Buffalo we wanted these flowers delivered! They deliver locally to surrounding areas! Attached is the photo sent by Juanita and I can't wait to order from the Flower Barn again! These arrangements would be ideal for Mother's Day coming up too!! read more

Ordered online. Easy. Delivered ontime. Yes. Requested they add extra ribbon. Didn't do, nor did they reach out to me. Arrived looking like they shoved them into the vase with no thought to how they looked. Where there an adequate number of "upscale" flowers as shown in the picture? No. Was I Embarrased, yes. Will I order through them again. No. read more

Ordered flowers for my wife for Valentine's Day. What I ordered vs. what I got. Wife brought the flowers home and I have to admit that they are very nice, but still quite a bit less impressive than what is pictured on the website. Lynn called as soon as she read my email. She was very apologetic and offered me a store credit for my next order. I have ordered flowers from the Flower Barn (Lynn) several times in the past and have always been very happy. Still am and will continue to do business with Lynn in the future. Thanks Lynn! I appreciate you taking the time to call me and your willingness to do whatever it takes to keep me happy. I almost feel bad about complaining now. Thanks again! read more

I would like to let everyone know how accomindating, friendly and professional they where. A beautiful baby flower arrangment was designed for my nephew's baby with a vintage music pot I brought in. The delivery was not in their standard range but they went above and beyond to make and delivery the same day. Excellent and I give them a 5 Star!!! read more

My boyfriend's Aunt was turning 90 (and I swear she looks and acts like she is a good 20+ years younger!!). Since the party was in NY, we just were not able to make it from Texas; but we did want to send her something nice. I did not want to do the "put it together yourself" stuff from online flower suppliers. When you turn 90, you deserve to have your flowers put in a vase for you. :-) I called the Flower Barn and after talking to the person who answered, I felt comfortable she understood my vision. I gave her a budget and told her to work her magic. I asked if they could send pictures before delivery and they did the following week. They were beautiful and our 90 year old celebrant simply loved them! An excellent product and above and beyond service made this amazing shop gain any repeat business we will have in the area. read more

This is my go to florist! The owner is very involved with her business. She wants to make your flowers special and knows what customer service is all about. The first time I ordered I was out of state. Everyone told me how beautiful they were. This time I got to see how fresh and beautiful the flowers are. The attached picture doesn't do the bouquet justice. Thank you Flower Barn your awesome!!! read more

So Lynn is amazing and so helpful. What I though was her fault was totally telafloras fault and not only did she show me the sheet from them, but she called herself to make sure that they refunded my entire purchase. Even though it wasn't what I ordered it was beautiful and my husband was very impressed. Will totally use directly going forward. Thanks Lynn! Previous review: Ordered for valentine day through telaflora. Received something that wasn't even CLOSE to what I expected. Called telaflora right away and they said they would call me back. Finally heard back from them today and they said that flower barn didn't agree to a pickup and refund. And now they aren't answering there phone. Worst experience ever read more

Spoke with Lynn at the very last minute, as I had forgotten Mom's birthday. She was so kind and accommodating, and put together a beautiful arrangement that was delivered the same day! My folks are quite persnickety, and have had disappointing experiences with receiving flowers in the past. (NOT from Flower Barn) I mentioned that to Lynn, and she put together an arrangement that my Mother just raved about. Thank you Lynn for being simply great all the way around!! read more

My brother sent me flowers. He is lives in Arizona and read your reviews. The arrangement was ok looking at it from 3 sides ,however there were no flowers in the back of arrangement. What happened? It's a shame he wasted his money on flowers since he is on social security and must be wise spending his money. Very disappointed with Penfield NY Flower Shop!!! read more

My husband bought me a fresh bouquet of flowers from Flower Barn on February 11th. Here we are, February 28th, and most of the flowers are still beautiful enough to adorn my table!! Of course the roses and Gerber daisies did not last this long, but the rest of the flowers are still beautiful! read more

A TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT!!! On my wedding day, Flower Barn was to deliver the bouquet we ordered to the hyatt no later than 12:30pm; at 1:00pm still no bouquet so we had to call them; they told us soon it would there i asked them to define soon and they said 40 minutes. They didn't show up with it until 2:00pm! then i was the one who had to call them to follow up never even hearing any kind of an apology!! The owner said "That was the best we could do...there was a lot going on...I'll give you $25 back... what do you expect me to do??" If everyone's best is the Flower Barn's best my wedding would have been a train wreck!!! Any business may have a day where things get messed up but who reacts to it in such a manner!?! Not once did the owner use the word sorry!!!! We gave them charms to add to the bouquet and it looks as though they forgot about them and tied them in a knot. On top of this the bouquet was missing flowers i was suppose to have in it and measly for what we paid. I told the owner to call me back when she could answer her own question, "what do you want me to do?" It's been two weeks since the wedding and I'm still waiting for a call!!! i don't know how they have gotten such great reviews, they must be fake. read more

I needed some very small plants in a hurry for a Girl Scout project. I've been living in Phoenix for the past 13 years and when I need to send flowers in my home town of Rochester, NY I call Flower Barn. I needed flowers delivered to a loved one in the hospital. Even though you were closed you called me back and made the delivery on the holiday.
