Certainly not the largest Paperchase store compared to their flagship on Tottenham Court Road - this branch on Piccadilly stocks a basic yet decent range of the stationery and gifts, you'd expect to find in a branch of the chain.
Just to confirm - this is a Paperchase store and there is some confusion right now with most of the reviews on this listing being for another business nearby - Waterstones which is a rival to Paperchase in certain areas and it can be easy to confuse the business due to the size of Waterstones who have their flagship branch over five-floors basically next store.
Back to the regular review - This Paperchase store does have some good gifts and souvenirs but for me, many of the aisles are a little narrow meaning it can be hard to get down the store when it is busy and the staff don't seem too helpful, they were mainly at the till which also was awkwardly positioned, then helping customers around the store.
An extra star for the satisfactory selection of products and central London location but the hectic and awkward store layout, even by London standards - especially in comparison to bigger and better stores Paperchase have across the city means I only feel two-stars is possible. read more
