I live in Amersham and I purchased a jacket from Boho for my wife for Christmas - I mentioned at…read morethe time that it seemed to have a lot of threads hanging off it so they cut these off....it seemed ok and manager said I could bring it back if there was a problem. Over the weekend at home my wife saw the jacket had some holes apprearing in the stitching on the shoulders where the lining was starting to show through...we had not even removed the labels. I took it back a couple of days later only to find that I would NOT be allowed a refund. Also their attitude towards me was incredibly rude, arrogant and dismissive, as if I was insulting them and some kind of criminal. The manager of Boho produced a small framed sign from behind the counter stating "no Refunds" even though they could not provide a replacement in the same model....they would only offer me a credit note! I said I wanted a jacket not a credit note ...so they offered me one at more than double the price which I refused! I visited ALL 5 other ladies shops in Amersham on the same parade and they ALL offer a 28 day refund in full...not BOHO! The manager lectured me that they had been there for 14 years doing business like this and that "other clients did not seem to mind" at which point I said bye-bye! Her sour-puss attitude, poor quality Chinese jackets and rudeness means we will never shop there again. We have many friends locally who form a broad network of ladies with a 'passion for fashion' who are now hearing about this...so the loss to Boho will be significant when compared to a liitle Christmas spirit and customer care needed to retain us a customers!

They have recently started stocking a great jewellery range which is very reasonably priced, and gorgeous, so you can buy a beautiful necklace, matching bracelet and earrings for about £25, which I think is a bargain. They stock all sorts of other things too, such as greetings cards, gift wrap, belgian chocolates (yummy!), homewares, toys, socks, novelty gifts, the list is endless, and they change the stock regularly so you don't get too bored from week to week. The Christmas decations they get in are to die for, and usually end up ridiculously cheap in the january sales. Top quality items, at good prices, what more could you ask for? The staff are very friendly, if a little bit easily distracted, and have always been happy to spend a long time helping me try on necklaces and giving their opinions. They never seem to get fed up with me changing my mind a billion times about which one I want either, which is really nice.

Does have a small car park for about six cars, which can be difficult to find a space in, so you have to park in the larger pay and display carpark behind the store, which if you buy a large amount means pushing a trolley some distance. They do offer a home delivery service, but most times I have shopped here the service has been unavailable.
