I had a niece visiting and we decided to come here as she was craving noodles. Not the greatest choice. We were (rightfully) very skeptical about the Korean items on the menu. We're Korean, we're always disappointed. This was no different. I ordered the Spicy Korean Steak. There is NOTHING Korean about that flavor. It's totally off, and overpowering. I can't pinpoint it, but it's just... no. Please, anyone eating "Korean" food from anywhere other than a Korean restaurant, please don't judge Korean flavor by what you get. This is absolutely no representation of Korean food at all. My niece and I both were very disappointed, I could barely eat it. I'm definitely glad I got a small plate. The menu noted a "2 flame" spice level. Yeah, it was barely a half flame for us. Niece ordered the Japanese Pan Noodles. There was barely any sauce, and it was basically the noodles and a mix of vegetables (carrots, broccoli, and mushrooms). Neither of us were big fans. The biggest complaints she had about it were the lack of sauce, and she also said "this is the unspiciest spicy food I've ever ordered". The menu notes a "one flame" spice level. Neither of us tasted any spice at all. I also ordered the chicken Alfredo bowl. It was decent, but again, not something I would see out. It barely had enough sauce, and the sauce was pretty thick, and on the bland side. In general, there's just a lack of good flavor, skimpy on the sauce, and no spiciness to their spicy meals.

    Terrible customer service here. When issues are brought to management attention, they are met with…read morea poor customer service attitude and indifference. This rests on the shoulders of the store manager, Wendy, who not only tolerates this attitude from her employees, but leads by example... Of how you DO NOT treat patrons. No smile, and no introduction. Just an expression of a nasty attitude on her face. Her assistant manager acts exactly the same way, which is how I ended up speaking with her. Absolute F in customer service for both, with no exaggeration. Wendy will stare at you and say absolutely nothing when serious customer service issues are brought to her attention, then lie to you and say how she is sorry about your problem without the slightest furrowing of the brow. Professional lie detectors abhor this two-faced behavior, and Wendy is a textbook example. Absurdly rude attitudes coated with false apologies permeate the employees and management, complete with blame-shifting and outright abusive and intimidating behavior towards customers for their own pleasure and validation. You will not be treated with respect here. This store desperately needs new management. This is one of the lowest customer service scores I have ever seen, and I have prepared professional QSC reports for marketing for over 30 years. Lines for regular checkout are not reasonable, and the store staff will get nasty with you if you have a couple items over 15 in self checkout, even with many self check stands open. Staff run checkouts can be over 30 minutes long on a regular basis. The staff member running the self checkout was extremely rude, pointing to a 15 items or less sign in a snotty way and saying nothing, with 6/8 self-checkouts open halfway through checking out. Management blames their customers for the issues they cause themselves by having unreasonable wait times for regular checkouts, and escalate issues with their customers rather than de-escalate them when patrons bring legitimate issues to their attention. You will not feel welcome or a valued customer dealing with a management staff that acts this unprofessional when interacting with reasonable patrons. Shame on you winco management. You are a shining example of what not to do. From reading the other reviews here, it is clear you have a repeating customer service failure regarding your employees having a nasty attitude with customers, particularly in self checkout, and allow this to continue on a regular basis despite you being notified multiple times. Since management is engaging in this same behavior themselves, the cause of the customer service failure is far from being a mystery.

So we drove on by and parked behind the Cafe Rio and Dairy Queen. I think we must be big chickens who need more room for maneuvering. (Especially since we now have white scrapes on one part of the 5th wheel, which is black. The worst part is we don't remember the Rv touching anything. We may have been keyed.) So this review is only on the store. The staff did a good job, especially when I asked about the different creamers they had available for coffee. I wanted a warm coffee since it is 37° outside. However, I have to be dairy free. Unfortunately, they were not able to meet my needs with a quality non- dairy creamer that I could tolerate. But they tried. They get a star for that! They did allow us to fill up our personal cups with ice, as my husband also purchased a bottle of tea he likes. It doesn't matter how cold it is outside he wants cold drinks! The more ice, the better! We really appreciated their kindness. The store seems to be well supplied with all the snacks that you could want. We don't purchase hot food from stores, so I can't just do how tasty they're warm food might be. Some of those smell good though. Sorry for the lack of a picture, but I'd left my phone charging in our truck. My bad!
