She seemed a LITTLE stuck up, I think it was just her attitude a little bit? I thought that the cards did not seem too stocked though (maybe only 2 cards left for each card I took a look at). There was also many rows where there were no cards at all (maybe that was where they had the Valentine's Day cards previously?) It was nice to see that all the Valentine's Day items were 50-75% off! The other cashier was nice, but her attitude just seemed... a TAD off as well? Not sure where it was... but she was okay. I definitely like this location though!

I made a vase. My wife made a bowl & lid. I accidentally broke a part of my vase off at the top while making it. But Cait gave me a great idea. Why not put roses at that spot? She showed me how to make them. I would have never thought that I could make something like this. 2 weeks later we went back to paint our pieces (a few doors down at a different studio). Even after a few coats, the paint looked dull. Then we went back at a later time to pick our pieces up. WOW!! You can see in the included photos. The firing brings the colors out so vibrant. Perhaps the line of communication was criss crossed along the way. I was shopping and browsing online for small bouquets of flowers for my daughters Jr. Prom. We both knew what we wanted as the main flowers of the bouquet. "Blush Peonies with Hydrangeas" was our request when we called in. We were also in luck because a shipment of Peonies had just come in. We were given a price quote and was told that we could pay on the day we had requested. I was a bit worried about the arrangement given I don't like other "filler" flowers like carnations and such so I went in the following day to discuss what we had wanted. We were greeted in the most professional way. After leaving I felt so at ease and confident that they will definitely do what we had asked for and envisioned. Went to pick the floral bouquet up today and was in awe....literally I got so teary eyed. Their prices are more than reasonable, and the owner and staff are always friendly and helpful. They have a wide selection of guitars, drums, keyboards, band instruments, gear, and books for sale and rental. If you can't find what you're looking for, ask an employee and they'll order it for you. I've purchased gear from online stores and local chain businesses, and I've been disappointed every time - damaged products, incomplete and neglected repair jobs, unpleasant employee and customer service experiences, etc. Since then I've learned to only shop at DeLuca. They tune my tremolo-bridge guitars perfect every time, with any strings and tuning I request, and just the right action and string tension. The very few times I've had a problem with something I purchased or had repaired, they worked with me until I was pleased. I'm not sure of their exact repair time policy, but for me they've never taken more than 4-5 days outside of the holiday season. If you're looking for guitar lessons, there are teachers here for any and all styles you're interested in learning. If you want to learn metal or rock guitar, I recommend Jordan Strauss. He's an incredible soloist and has a great approach to teaching. My experience shopping at DeLuca is mostly limited to guitars, but I'm sure they put as much care into all of their products and services. If you're an experienced or aspiring musician, make sure to stop at Deluca Music in Hatboro.
