The balloons here are good quality unlike the dollar store. They stay inflated. With that being said, you will pay a higher price but will be satisfied. Parking: private lot Store: Clean & organized. You can one stop shop for your event. They have everything from plates, to napkins, table cloths, banners, paper products, gift bags, balloons, games..... Service: Awesome!! DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! This was so upsetting! I have gone here for years. I understand there has been a pandemic. I have given this place 3 chances. Well, today was the third. They struck out miserably. I have always gone here for balloon arrangements for parties. They were kind and helpful through the years. It was a little more, but they put the time and effort into the Balloons. The past 2 years have not gone well. They were late when pick up came. I understand how it can get busy. So I let that slide. The last 3 times have been a nightmare. They can't seem to finish my order. Today, they lost the balloons we selected and gave written instructions to them( since they couldn't figure out I wanted two ballon arrangements). I was then told, by one of the employees "when you find a ballon you like, then come get us. We are too busy to wait" excuse me! I am the customer, I selected and gave you instructions days before I needed the balloons. I have spent $100's of dollars in this store. Happy to support local business. No more! Even, the owner seems run down and not connected w his staff. Only when I started yelling how upset I was did he come and find out. This is your business. If you can't run it, then you need to tell people. Absolutely, a sad experience. My niece wanted to know why the balloons she picked out were different. I will never return. I have been using SGS paper goods for nearly 40 years for my party needs. They did my children's bar and bat mitzvah invitations and everything for my daughters bridal shower, wedding and much later baby shower. If I call and order in advance it is always ready and correct! I now drive 1.25 hours to make my purchases there. I think they are the best! read more

This store has a lot but it's WAY overpriced. I just saw the SAME Minnie Mouse party places for literally $5 more than at Target for 8 plates. The table cloth I just got at Target was about $3 here it was $9.99. These people need to lower the prices and not gouge the customers. It's ridiculous and greedy. I will not be back. They need to seriously reevaluate how they do things or they will lose all the customers to Amazon, Walmart, and Target. I will be buying the rest of the stuff I need online so I don't spend $200 more than I need to. read more

They also sell heilium filled baloons. The store itself is really ware-housey and the parking is a little sketchy (parking on the street seems better). I had a horrible experience with this company. I called 2 weeks before the delivery to order a balloon bouquet. It was for a grown man so I wanted blues and blacks and made that very clear when I ordered. The day the order was to be delivered, I called to confirm it was going out, no one called me to confirm, and asked for a picture. When the picture came, The bouquet was a monstrosity of every color under the rainbow. Normally I wouldn't care but you're paying $100 for balloons they should look good. I called back and asked them to change the multi color disaster balloons out to blues so there was a unified theme to the bouquet. The company said they would change out the balloons and get them delivered. Fast forward 3 hours, my brother wasn't home for the delivery and the company refused for wait 30 mins for him to return or re-deliver. So now my brother drives 30 mins out of his way to get these damn balloons and when he picks them up, the multi colored balloons were NEVER changed out as promised. Essentially this company lied to me, didn't do what I asked, or deliver the product they were paid for. DO NOT USE THEM!!! read more

I grew up ordering party items from this company, when they used to be located right next to the railroad tracks. When I went to get married, we used them to purchase printed cocktail napkins for our day. We didn't use any other services from them, but they do have an excellent selection of party supplies as well (plates, cutlery, cups, balloons, etc, etc). It's hard to beat their selection in the area and it's worth the ride even from Conshy. Lisa is fantastic and always makes sure we have what we need. I used SGS for my wedding invitations and thank you notes. My mom and I worked with Stephanie, who was great. First, she allowed us to sit there and sift through her many, many books of samples. I know most people go the online route these days, but looking at a flat image on a screen does not work for me. It made all the difference to touch the paper, feel the embossing, and see the true colors not through the computer. I absolutely love the invitation style we chose, and Stephanie walked us through the wording, fonts, RSVP options, envelopes, etc. We were also able to work through her for the calligraphy, which turned out exactly as we wanted. The finish products were absolutely gorgeous! Even more, the end cost was about 50% less than what I would have spent to go with an online retailer. My friends can't believe that's all I spent to get such beautiful stationary. read more

Came here on a Wednesday to buy balloons for a relative's high school graduation. The staff was friendly and I was able to get in and out in about 15 minutes. After I selected the balloons I wanted, I had the chance to look around the store as I waited. From what I saw, the item prices leaned on the higher side. As for the balloons, three graduation balloons plus a weight came out to approx $13. The quality was decent and I would go back again if I was in the area and needed balloons. read more

Fair prices for paper goods but everything else is fairly expensive. Customer service is ok, the woman who helped me was insistent on me buying something that I felt was too expensive and questioned why I didn't want to buy it. The same woman rung me up and miscounted my purchase even after I counted it out a second time. She still charged me for more than what I bought.
