Shared the chicken alfredo with a salad and a white rabbit calzone. We enjoyed both dishes. The chicken Alfredo was not too heavy and the calzone was absolutely delicious. Brownie for dessert! Very fulfilling meal! We'll be back next time we head to the side of town.

Had lunch at Papa's in downtown Florence - really good food, this is well worth a stop if you're in the area. A few tables occupied - the service was fast & friendly. Casual small mountain town feel; worth a stop if/when you're touring this part of Colorado

An excellent opportunity to eat real pizza in a beautiful small town. Great service, food and prices. We took advantage of the BOGO on Tuesday and had pizza for days! Lot's of other items available but their pizza is so good we cannot resist. A family pleaser and comfy and clean inside. Mangia!

Ordered two Calzone's both of them had very little ingredients inside. I added an additional ingredient in my Southwest Calzone for $1.89. It did make it into the Calzone. Prices shown on the menu photos are wrong. All the menu items have gone up by 20% or more. Our veg tables were raw ie oninons, green pepper and only a few pieces of green Chile pepper. The center of the calzone was sogginess. Will not go back.

The red sauce/marinara sauce on pizza and with breadsticks did not have much flavor unless one likes pure tomato sauce.

It started off with the waitress being obviously overwhelmed albeit nice. She said they didn't have plates for the bread. Which, was fine for bread. We assumed she would bring some when we got less easy to eat with fingers food. But nope. We ate off of napkins for all of our appetizers. She also didn't bring waters for the people with alcohol and wasn't around enough to even ask. The appetizers weren't anything to write home about either. For my main entree, I got pasta with steak but asked for spinach also. When the food came, the kitchen had obviously forgotten and just threw a handful of raw spinach on top. I like raw spinach so I thought it was tacky but glad to at least have spinach. The spinach tasted TERRIBLE! At first I thought it was the pasta until I had a bite without spinach. I then picked all the spinach out. The pasta in general wasn't very great anyways. Very bland. And there was no Parmesan cheese anywhere to add to it. And again, a waitress that was so absent, we were completely done by the time we saw her again so didn't even bother asking. There are only 2 redeeming qualities of this place and the only reason it got 3 stars instead of 1. 1. The garlic they serve with the bread is insanely delicious. It was leaps and bounds better than anything else we got that night. 2. They are trying to do their part for snap benefits being on hold and feeding kids for free right now. I think that is pretty admirable of a company so that makes me like them even if I'm not a fan of their food.

The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed to enjoy what they do, which made the whole experience feel easy and relaxed. The space itself is open and inviting, and even during early brunch hours it was buzzing with people -- always a good sign. Now the pizza... absolutely phenomenal. I ordered a personal pizza and was blown away by how fresh everything tasted. The crust was perfectly done, the toppings were high-quality and generous, and you could tell there's real attention to detail in every bite. Nothing felt rushed or generic -- just solid, delicious, well-crafted food. This is the kind of spot that gets it right across the board: great service, great atmosphere, and seriously good pizza. I'll definitely be coming back next time I'm in town. To top it off : very accommodating for my furry friend who is always working (service dog) while I seem to never do :)

Here's the…read morestory: We actually made a bit of a mistake in reserving for 5:30 pm on the same evening as the local Parade of Lights, which goes right down Union Ave. in front of the restaurant. As expected, maneuver around the location and parking were problematic. Because of that, and the cold weather, we came early, arriving about 4:40. While we were willing to wait elsewhere, the proprietors seated us immediately while we waited for our other two parties to arrive. Big props for being accommodating. The food was top notch and the menu ranging from commonplace to exotic. Every dish had an element of gourmet treatment. All the entrees we ordered were excellent. The venue is small. I wouldn't say 'intimate', given that it has large windows facing the street, but it was cozy enough on a cold night. OUr server was very friendly, helpful and attentive. Prices are not cheap, but reasonable for the quality and creativity of the menu. Service was outstanding, it felt like a choreography with how well our server took care of us. The space itself is part restaurant, part bar, with that odd almost-purple lighting that every spot for locals seems to emit. It's a bit noisy inside as a result, but it is what it is I suppose. The burrata starter was delicious. The burrata itself was so fresh, and the accoutrement were similarly tasty. For mains, the insalata with octopus and shrimp was really good, packed with seafood and balanced with citrus from a light dressing. The ravioli pueblo was interesting. The chile in the sauce was a really nice touch, adding some interesting spice to the dish. The sauce itself was very thick, the heaviness took away from the dish a tiny bit. But all in all, a great sit down meal in Pueblo!
