Wow wow wow. I LOVED THIS LADY. If you have a picky girl like mine, this is a great boutique to go find a dress. We did not end up buying the dress because my daughter is very difficult, but the service here was superb. She knew her size before she even said it, so trust me, she knows her stuff! Shes very knowledgeable about dresses and what goes with what body , she's an excellent direct communicator, so if you're looking for sugar coating, not the place for you. Wish I could give more stars ! Ps. MAKE AN APPOINTMENT! She takes her time perusing through dresses for you, it's better if she knows you are coming! read more

Nice place to shop for women clothes I hear good things about the store and the value of the clothes is very good

Went into the shop in hopes for a prom dress. I was greeted with immediate snappy questions, and did not feel welcomed at all. What should have been an enjoyable experience felt more like a TSA check line, getting yelled at for walking into the dressing room with my shoes on, and being instructed to keep gloves on. Throughout the process, I felt very rushed and uncomfortable, as the owner made me feel like I had to love each dress. Saying things like, "Oh well she doesn't like it anyways" when discussing dress details with my mom, made for a very awkward experience. When I had decided to leave, I was met with a stone cold face and, "well why didn't try this one on?" Needless to say, we will not be coming back. read more

Just want to say how great Donna at Paparazzi Boutique was today. Stopped in to begin looking at prom dress options with my daughter. No intention to purchase today, just educate on what the possibility was for her. Donna was so patient and helpful. After listening and gently guiding, she suggested a dress for my daughter that she ended up loving and BAM dress shopping done!! I truly appreciate the fact that we didn't need an appointment and we still got personal service. Thank you Donna! read more

I went in for a New Year's Eve dress years ago (when they first opened) The owner was AWFUL - offensive and rude. I swore I'd never set foot in there again...fast forward 20 years and my daughter just LOVED the dresses in the windows and wanted to go look for prom dresses. I said ok, I figured to have lasted this long she couldn't be that bad maybe I had caught her on a bad day all those years ago. Saturday morning 2/12/22 I brought my super excited daughter in to look for a prom gown. It was the WORST experience ever. She didn't even acknowledge us when we came in and then she literally ripped a dress out of my hand and said 'she wants to try it on if she doesn't like it your daughter can try it' and handed it to someone who had come in after us. WTF? We were there first. Who even does that?! The experience was just horrible - way to ruin a kids first prom experience she was so excited to visit your shop...there was no need to be an absolute monster. Anyway our customer experience sucked and if there was a way to give less than 1 star she earned it oh - and dress I bought all those years ago had rip on side of dress luckily my mom was able to fix it. read more

I've had family members and friends buy prom dresses from here and they've had a great experience. I actually purchased a bracelet for my mom from here the other week. The bracelet broke and the owner was very helpful as she refunded and shipped the bracelet out in a timely manner. I happened to leave the card I paid with there and she was again, very helpful, in getting the card back to me. I just left the store very disappointed. She had other customers she was taking care of and I came in to look for a prom dress with two friends. I started to browse the rack and she didn't acknowledge me. She then asked if I had a budget and I said no. She proceeded to ask me "Where my mom was," that I had said "i had been there three times and "if I was going to buy a dress." I proceeded to take two dresses into the room and she told me one dress was $478, which I'll admit is out of my budget. I went to look for another dress and ended up not trying it on because I was so angry at the way she accosted me for being there three times. I WOULD have bought a dress had I not had this experience. My friends and I left without saying a word, nor did she say one to us. Last time I'll step foot in this store. read more

This is a gem located on Main Street in Watertown. Having purchased several dresses there for my daughter and myself, the owner, Donna has been there for over 20-25 years!! A specialty boutique with beautiful dresses and much more! The dresses we purchased for proms were timeless, and my daughter can still be wear them to a formal affair/black tie event. I love driving by and checking out the window because it is so pretty. You are offered personalized service and honest suggestions. The store is maintained well as Donna takes care of her dresses and her clients. If you need a seamstress, Donna has someone who caters to Paparazzi. There are also top name brands and clothing besides dresses! Now, since I am not in the market for dresses lately, I have purchased several gifts from the beautiful jewelry and accessories that are always available. These are items that you will NOT find in the local mall. Many times I have stopped there to request a donation or gift for a charity raffle and the owner is always giving (as well as her neighbor ONYX jewelers) Supporting small business is another reason I am inclined to leave a review- it is tough for the storefronts on Main Street . Let's keep them here in Watertown!!! read more

I was looking for a long dress for my daughter 's'wedding. I thought I would try a boutique for something out of the ordinary. Needless to say the owner needs to get a better attitude, she was trying to hurry me the picking out something to try on never asked me what I might like to see. Kept saying I don't have mother of the bride dresses , she was totally focused on the people that were trYing one thing after another in the fitting rooms. Kept telling me they would be done soon. I sure hope her time spent with them was successful, because she didn't care about anyone else in there. Also she had a way of making potential customers feel belittled. Bad reviews travel fast. read more

On Jan. 11 @ around noon, I received terrible service and was greeted with extreme rudeness. The women who was working with us, questioned our abilities to afford "their dresses"just because of the place we live. I could've easily bought any dress in that store and thanks to the service, I'm never coming back. Don't recommend it. read more
