I love Papa Murphy's pizza and there are no Papa Murphy's in San Diego so I have to get my fix when I visit my hometown. We planned to pick up pizzas for my family get-together...and we went a bit overboard. For ten people, we got five pizzas plus a cheesy bread and a smores dessert pizza. While we had way too much food, it was delicious so I can't complain. My favorite is the chicken garlic pizza, where I sub olives for the onions, and it's amazing. I absolutely love the garlic sauce here. It practically melts in my mouth. My boyfriend ordered a create-your-own stuffed pizza with sundried tomatoes, olives and mushrooms. His only complaint was that it needed more cheese on top; we added some when we got home but for the price we shouldn't have to. In fact, the price is the main thing that I had a bit of an issue with. My family sized pizza and cheesy bread alone came to almost $30. I usually order the same thing for about half the price at Dominos and Pizza Hut and they cook it for you. I wouldn't usually get the pizza here when it's not on special but I didn't have much choice on my short visit. read more

Great selection of toppings and great Prices, I just wish on the five dollar faves, it was $5, you keep changing, now their $6 again, they call them the $5 dollar favs for a reason, we go here several times a wekk since were a busy household and the favs are the fastest for our busy schedule, it would also be nice to have them made with more care, sometimes they barely have any cheese and the crust is rising, not good, but the staff is friendly and store is nice and clean always, just need to get those $5 favs back down to the price they should be, and more cheese people, thanks read more

Most must know that Papa Murphy's once bountiful pizzas have become thinner and about a third less of toppings. But if you haven't tried their keto pizza, I recommend you don't. I bought the meat-lovers. It is only pizza toppings with no crust which is good being it is keto. The problem was it was so small and seemed to be about half the toppings of a pizza. It was enough for maybe two people and it cost over 10.00. read more

I'm not sure if I should rate this against other Papa Murphy's, or other pizza places, or the restaurant world at large, or what. My mom used to get PM's every now and then when we would visit her, and this seemed on a par with that location in the south sound region. The kids working there are friendly, and the pizzas turned out well. They kept us going while we charged through some projects around the house. That's kinda what this place is fer, and they came through on the promise. No complaints. And why does it merit a rate? Because I was waiting in the truck, which gave me time to check in...nowhere to hide, nowhere to hide, nowhere to hide. read more

First time at this location. A busy July 4 dinner time and one of the staff took the time to offer and carry a pizza out for a customer who needed it. Friendly and thoughtful staff even under pressure. The veggie pizza I ordered was delish also. read more

One star for horrible customer service. My husband went to this location a few weeks ago because we won vouchers for 3 free pizzas from a silent auction. He told me he received horrible service when he went and was asked many questions about the voucher he had. I went in for our 2nd free pizza today and the same rude man and another girl were pretty much questioning the authenticity of my voucher. Definitely won't be coming to this location again and this store needs to work on their customer service skills. read more

I am shocked at how rude the manager was to me. He was very condescending to me, even scolding me for forgetting a coupon telling me "I needed to bring in a coupon, you know, the thing you tear out. " he was a complete jerk who has turned me off from ever coming back again. What gives this person the right to think it was in his right and think it was acceptable to talk like this to a customer. I will never be back again because of this jerk. Wish I had taken a picture of this jerk off so I could post it here and with the national office. Come on guys... it's hard to mess up Papa Murphy's pizza, but this location manages it. Consistently. They're a cheap, easy alternative and you can kind of, sort of feel healthy eating the lighter pizzas. It's so much fun to get Papa Murphey's in Lake Forest Park with my boyfriend, or pretty much any other location. But this one? You want half the normal amount of toppings and all bunched up in the middle? You got it! You want your "Family" size pizza dough to actually be a large stretched to cover the family size cardboard? Right here! You want to hear workers in the back screaming like banshees and banging every single bowl they can find against every single surface while the assistant manager up front only screams back at them to "Knock it off" and offer nothing to the disturbed customer other than an amused grin? You're in luck! I wish I could say that this was just a few instances. But I live only 2 blocks away, and damn do I love Papa Murphy's. I come in somewhat frequently, and am always disappointed. Everett will be seeing all of my business from now on. read more

Usually I wouldn't complain but tonight when I got my pizza the girl put it toghter right next to her bleach bucket on the counter next to the toppings. There was also spay all over the counter she didn't even bother to wipe it off while she sat my pizza down to put toppings on it. Yuck! read more

The staff is so friendly and the deals are amazing! I frequent this location at least once a week and am always greeted by smiling faces and great prices. I always get a large pepperoni pizza and a bacon artichoke pizza for $20. This is a very competitive deal based on other competitors in this area. They even accept EBT! What's not to like about Papa Murphy's, I mean, really? It's good, it's cheap, and at this particular PM store, the people working there are great. We've been coming to the Snohomish PM's for about 7 yrs now, and my husband and I have always commented on what great kids the owners have working there---courteous, professional and never screw up our order. We're moving soon and I'll be sad to not have this PM as my neighborhood store anymore. read more
