Our favorites are their chicken Florentine, pepperoni magnifico, and meatball (build your own) pizzas, and regularly get the all meat, bbq chicken, and chicken fresco as well. Whether we order thin crust or regular, the crust is always great. And the pizzas are always delicious. We also love their cheesy bread. But the big thing that sells me on this place is their salad. I will get salads at places like Ogden Pizzeria, Ligori's, or The Pie, but I never order salads from standard pizza delivery places like Dominos. Marco's salads are always fresh and delicious. We love their Greek salad which comes with romaine, feta, tomatoes (which we leave out), red onion, and banana peppers, and then we always add spinach and mushrooms, and sometimes black olives. One regular size salad is plenty for two to three people to split along with the pizza and still have a decent size side dish. And I'm pretty sure those fresh salad ingredients are the same ingredients they use for their pizzas which makes me feel great ordering from them. This has, hands down, become our favorite pizza place in Ogden when we want pizza, but don't want to eat out.

The meals definitely satisfied the craving and filled our tummies. THE DRINKS: Since they're across the street from a church and located in Utah, you will not find beer or liquor here. THE SERVICE: There's no table service here. You place your order at a counter in the back of the restaurant and receive a tray with your food when it's ready. Being the first time I've had birria, I was a little disappointed that how to season the broth was not explained more to me. It came with a plethora of cilantro and onion that I was unsure of how to use. Oh well. No Manches Way was A-OK in my book.
