We sat right down on a not-to-busy Thursday night. The menu is extensive, with burgers, specialty sandwiches, Italian plates, pizza and more. We had an Ellie's Special pizza and breadsticks as appetizer. The appetizers came out in minutes, hit and tasty. The pizza arrived promptly, and it was pretty good. Good crust, and piled high with toppings! The sauce was ok, not as tangy as I prefer, but that didn't stop me from enjoying the meal! I didn't get the server's name, but she was fast and friendly and cute as a button. We'll be back to work through more of the menu!

Pan pizzas are supose to have a thick crust. It did not and looks like they put over a pound of cheese on it with barely any sauce. They also only accept cash which is not advertised anywhere and just expect you to go to the ATM to pull out cash which I never do. Luckily I had enough cash on me or I would of just left. I will definitely not be back.

I tend to order the same thing but must usually get the six inch because the 10 was too big. Additionally, the crust is normally a bit thicker than this was. This was too thin and on some spots was so thin I think it might have had holes in it. The edges were a tad burnt as well. That being said, I'll still order from here again as the flatbread pizza is normally amazing.

Nothing against Elmo's - they didn't have a gluten free crust so they were out as my wife has celiac issues. We called Wild man to ask about gluten free "yeah, but we will be honest with you, we buy the crust as we don't have our own ready yet. Just want your expectations to be in line." Fine - At least we can eat together as a family. My wife ordered a Margarita gluten free and my son and I ordered the cheese bread and a regular margarita pizza. Soda comes in a can which is fine but obviously no refills. Still fine. The cheese bread came out first and it was great. Piping hot, tons of flavor and really good mozzarella melted into the cuts. Personally, that's how it should be. The pizzas came up next. Yes, there is a stark difference in the appearance between the two but we were also told to expect that. The taste was still very good on the GF version. The standard version was amazing - cooked to perfection. I had to share photos with my Italian co-workers. A WORD ABOUT GLUTEN FREE: My wife has been navigating GF for a little over a year now - not something someone typically has to do in their mid 40's. You have to re-learn food, and we have to re-learn how to eat as a family. Huge shoutout to Wild man for offering a gluten free option and being beyond honest about it. If you took the word of the owners, it's not good... they called it mediocre. My wife called it very good and we were grateful to have the option to try a new place as a family. We will be back.
