this is a location specific review. Until we see how the company handles my complaint made to them. I just had the worst service experience for any business in years. I don't leave bad reviews.... unless it's warranted. This is warranted!!! I put my order in to say that it would be ready in 35 minutes, I went in at 25 or so minutes and was told they were still working on my order. I sat very patiently waiting, watching 15 or more individuals walk in to put in a counter order and receive their pizza in less than two minutes to walk out. I was handed the incorrect order the first time, which I handed right back, and was told 3x's "so sorry we're still working on your order." A few minutes short of 1HR later, I was finally handed my three pizzas after other customers had commented that they saw me sitting there waiting all that time while they came in and went right back out. And then after they tried to tell me that they appreciated my patience, I said I don't appreciate how long I waited for my order. One of the staff got snarky as I was leaving! there were six people in there behind the counter working, they were not short staffed! read more

Ordered 2 pizzas. 1 was done right the second I requested mozzarella cheese only not blended cheese. Did not listen. Not good customer service! The store was dirty , trash can in the corner had trash all around the base. And the tile floors looked like it had not been cleaned by mopping or a flor scrubbing machine. 1st impressions are lasting. The staff was friendly. Finally cost was equal to my local pizza go to 29 miles south were I line in Littleton. For me I will not go back. They lost me a a return customer. read more

This is my favorite spot to pick up Pizza. The employes are super and make the best Papa Murphys I've ever had. I have never in the 3 years I have been going there ever had a bad pizza. I average going there about every other week and miss it when I don't. read more

Got our first pizza from the FT Morgan CO location last night. NOT GOOD! The crust was tough and tasteless, the cheese had a taste that I find in our fridge when cheese is about to show visible mold and the meat seemed to have no taste at all. we've had Papa Murphy's pizza in Denver for 20 years or so and never been so disappointed. When they asked for my name when I ordered I said "Kent" the gentleman ask me to repeat and I said " Kilo, Echo, Nancy, Thomas" When I went to pick it up, no pizza under my name, I asked then to lookl for my phone number. Sure enough "Ted" had ordered using my phone. I believe the employee's IQ was just above that of a cabbage. That store will not be revisited. read more

Papa Murphy's is a part of my childhood, and picking up pizzas from here the other day flashed me straight back to 1998! But 20 years ago, they didn't have gluten free crusts, and man, do I love this addition. With pre-frozen Udi's crusts, Papa Murphy's can now make any of their take 'n bake pizzas gluten free. And the teenagers working at this location were sweet enough to even make the cheesy bread on a gluten free crust for me! I was basically in heaven. My fiancé had the ham & pineapple and later, he raved that it's the best ham & pineapple pizza he's had anywhere (high, high praise from a man who calls pizza his favorite food). Take 'n bake pizzas seem like a thing of the past. Everyone wants food that's ready to go and easy, but there's something almost charming and definitely nostalgic about Papa Murphy's. It's not the world's best pizza but it's an experience. Oh, and their gluten free pizzas are darn good. read more

Ordered a pizza online and picked it up. The online website was easy to use and worked correctly. When I arrived my pizza was ready at the appointed time and was given to me quickly. The pizza itself was made with ample toppings and tasted good. Overall, this was a positive experience. However, one thing still troubles me. While I was there, not only was I not threatened with the bucket of spiders, but I couldn't even see the bucket of spiders anywhere in the shop. How can any pizza place operate without a bucket of spiders? read more

Meh. It's papa murphy's. can't really complain. Overall papa murphys as a whole is a good concept. Order a pizza either there or in your phone. Pick it up. Take it home. Bake it yourself. Fun if you need a quick fix idea to cook or you want a pizza a specific certain way. just kind of slow to get a pizza and then you have to cook it at home.. soooo ya. Anyway I give this location a 4 because they made a heart shaped pizza for my wife and son for valentines and they always are willing to do something special. So kudos to you guys on that. Pretty easy process to order online and to pick-up! No issues, in the numerous times we have ordered from here. It's almost becoming a weekly habit! My last visit, was last night, the customer service was friendly and welcoming, and I left with that feeling. I figure I might as well write a review as I sit here waiting for my pizza. I stopped calling in orders because I always ended up waiting for 15 minutes past the time i was told. I moved to online orders. This time I ordered 40 minutes in advance and showed up at my scheduled time. 20 minutes later I decided to write this review. Quality is great, but something is very broken managerial wise. I watched while none of the 4 employees worked on a pizza for 4 minutes while 20 people waited in the store. The pizza is great. The staff is sufficiently polite and clearly hard working. However it's a poorly managed location. We live close so we are regulars but we are often being apologized to for being behind as they can't seem to manage a rush of any degree. On the day of a 50% discount when you'd expect a glut of orders they were woefully ill prepared. That's management from top to bottom. Don't order online. It regularly gets you no advantage when waiting. Every time I've seen someone cite online ordering, the staff are forced to apologize for it not being done; often, not started. The CC often need to be rerun. Pointless hassle. 2 stars because the pizza is good and it's a good deal. 3 stars lost because poor management. I suspect it's the owners actually. read more

Of course this is Take & Bake .. no restaurant here, but the food is great and $10 Tuesdays are impossible to beat!! What more is there really to say .. they are true to the chain and you can count on what you oprder here to be what you would expect form any good Papa Murphy's. I'm service oriented. Placed an order online only because the location I usually go to doesn't do online ordering. They weren't busy - not surprised. One guy helping the one other person in there was nice and saying they'll be right with me (because his co worker was ignoring me) after he finished talking to his customer, but the guy who was free to help has No customer service skills at all. He ignored me when I got there.,, no eye contact. Got off the phone, walked to the back, put a chunk of cheese on the grater (didn't grate it) and then came out to ask what I needed while the nice guy was making a pizza. I first heard of Papa Murphy's pizza over a decade ago while living in Seattle. Coming from Miami, I had never even imagined the concept - it's like Subway, but for pizza. You watch them make it and you can actually see the toppings and how fresh they are. Order what you want, take it home, make it yourself. None of this undercooked/overcooked/underwhelming delivery pizza nonsense. And, it's a great price. You can order right off of the regular menu and still pay less than most delivery chains - or, you can take advantage of any of the promos they seem to constantly have going on. Today, I got a large pepperoni for $4. FOUR BUCKS, people. Yes, you have to make it at home and it takes 15 minutes. But, you know what you're getting, and it's always fresh. I've never had a problem asking for a little more or less of a topping as they make it, either. If you order mushrooms, you can say, "Hey, can I get a little more mushroom?" And, they'll usually not have any problem with that. I'm tired of calling and placing an order with a delivery chain and waiting 45 minutes, only to get a pizza that is just sad and undeserving of the (usually) ridiculous price I've paid for it. I am handicapped and he saved me from getting my wheelchair out with my o2 on a high pain day. The pizza was WONDERFUL and never disappoints. I had never been to a Papa Murphy's before and had never had their pizza. I am pretty picky about pizza so usually make my own, since I have yet to find a good NY style pizza joint in the Denver metro area. I recently moved to Littleton and on moving day decided this had to be as good as anywhere else. I ordered the pepperoni and one with lots o' stuff, both thin crust. Although they both still had more cheese than I would have liked, I was super pleasantly suprised at the flavor of the sauce, the freshness of the ingredients, and I really loved the thin, thin crust. Service was friendly and I only had to wait about 10 minutes for both pies. I'll be back. In a pinch. read more

These guys have only let me down once and they made it up to me. They are really nice and understanding of my weird pizza requests. You can't do Better than a place where you an eat cookie dough while you wait. You don't even have to worry about solminella because they don't use real eggs. I ordered two pizzas. One sausage and one pepperoni. When I got there they had one pineapple and sausage waiting. Along with a chicken and some sort of vegetable pizza waiting. I told them I'm sorry but this is not what I ordered. At which point they were very nice to make me two new pieces. Unfortunately though they did not get those right either. LACK OF ADULT SUPERVISION. The staff was continuously in and out of the store vaping and joking around with other group of friends outside. Food is usually good but my appetite was ruined when one the line cooks wiped his nose make another customers pizza. They have been slow on several occasions. Call in an order, and it's not ready in the time they tell me. Or call ahead, and they tell me it will be a 45- an hour wait. For a pizza that's not cooked or delivered??? Seems ridiculous to me. If other chains can cook it and deliver it, in the time it takes them to prep it, something's wrong. Corporate pizza and that is that, no actual complaints on that point, but when I ordered a pie today over the phone, then went to pick it up half hour later. They still didn't have it ready. We're talking one in the afternoon on a Monday. The excuse was the computer was down. This is not a legitimate excuse. When the computer controls the people and not the other way around, there are big problems. I'm very reluctant to go back and it's not because of the food, but of the company structure. read more

Pizzas taste OK, service always leaves something to be desired. I always order my pizza online as it is easier to customize that way but the last two pizzas I have ordered online were made incorrectly. The time before that it was not made at all when I arrived because of a printer issue, so I had to wait for them to make it. read more
