Process of ordering and picking up was easy. I went with a large pepperoni and mushroom pie. I definitely underestimated their "large", because this thing was huge! The pizza was excellent. New York style crust, but with a bit more chew a substance. It was a really nice eat! Not sauced too heavily, good spread of toppings and not too greasy...it held its own from pick up to bite, not floppy at all! To go with, I ordered cheese bread with extra marinara. The cheese bread was decently cheesy and the marinara was tasty. The Caesar salad was good size and came with two dressings, which I appreciated. In addition to you standard pizzas, they have a solid selection of specialty pies from chicken and waffle to Nashville hot, cheeseburger and more. Also, they offer a good menu of other things such as wings, sammies, calzones, tots, and a few other specialty items. Service from entry to exit was friendly and helpful. Space was clean and decently kept. A little dated on some aspects, but all in all, decent vibes for a local pizza pub. Overall, really enjoyed the goods from Long Hollow Pizza & Pub!

We have been 5 times in the past couple of months & I've got to admit it slaps. The pizza buffet at Pizza Ranch makes me think back on the good old days when I was a kid in a small town south of Nashville where we had Pizza Inn, Pizza Hut & Mr Gattis all offering pizza buffets over the years. Sadly they all closed & that fun experience of a pizza buffet had largely eluded me until recently. Not anymore though! The pizza offerings here are honestly pretty damn good. Some of my favorites are the big bopper (cream cheese base instead of red sauce), stuffed crust buffalo chicken, & the amazingly delicious blueberry cobbler pizza. Their other offerings like fried chicken & a random assortment of sides on the buffet are not worth even looking at imho. You come here to eat too much pizza & that is what it's all about. The quality is better than delivery & for what you pay (10.99 pp) it's on par with delivery prices. They also have a pretty good rewards program.. The place is large & always kept clean. The staff here are always working hard & I hope the ownership/management is proud because a lot of chain restaurants fail in that regard. I came here one day when a school bus full of kids was walking out & had depleted the buffet but within 5 minutes they had it all restocked hot & ready. The best part about Pizza Ranch is you can ask for any pizza you want & they will make it fresh & put it out. You don't have to worry about missing out on it either because they give you a buzzer and when the pizza is ready you come up and they will give you however many slices you want before they put it out for everyone else.
