I clearly understand that near the end of the work day people attempt to skimp on key areas of orders, however, this careless display of negligence had to be documented because the order had might as well have been wrapped in "lean" or "thin-cut" bacon from the half-hearted wrapping done on the employees part. I hope in the future that employees take more pride in their craft or at least offer a satisfactory experience to their customers.

I heard a few other people in the restaurant comment to the same. We weren't about to complain though as it was just what we needed with fresh veggies and the Gorgonzola dressing was epic! We then moved on to our entree of the Rigatoni Bolognese adding meatballs. There was a hint of sweetness that we got from the cognac and cream! The Sunday gravy component was amazing. I wish that we could have taken a jar of it with us. My husband asked today if I thought we maybe able to duplicate. We maybe able to get close but I double if we could duplicate.
