I just had time to sit down and make a review. Last night, I was exhausted after work, so I decided to just order a pizza. That was by far one of the worst pizzas I have ever gotten from anywhere. I ordered the stuff crust and wanted it to have pepperoni and half sausage. I asked for black olives on the sauage side. I ended up with a raw pizza with raw olives on the pepperoni. Normally, I do not complain, but I had to attempt to recook the pizza, and it was just all wrong. I order here a lot, and the past few times, it has tasted worse each time. read more

Is there a food in seeming like discriminative. I went in there for a pick up order. There were three white employees. They completely ignored me didn't make eye contact and they were just sitting up there, talking about everything and did not help me at all. but from the way they were dressed at work. I could've expect this from their type of behavior. The management is pouring this store and it's just sad that they wouldn't even accommodate you on a pick up order. Ordered a Shaq-a-roni pizza last night and received just a cheese pizza without any pepperoni. I paid $22 cash for $12 special. Did not receive a receipt. I was very unhappy when I got home with my big Shaq-a-Roni box and discovered my Shaq-A-Roni had no PEPPERONI! So be sure to check your pizza before you leave and make sure to get a receipt. Tonight, I ordered a pizza at 8:24 p.m. and scheduled it for delivery to my address (~ 1 mile from the store). It's currently 11:16 p.m, and - after multiple phone calls, being placed on hold for over 15 min (cumulatively), and being reassured that my pizza was done and en route - I'm still waiting for my food. Things that take less time than getting pizza delivered from this location include: planning the D-Day invasion, space travel, extrapolating pertinent data from complex quantum mechanics equations, building a yurt, traveling to Mongolia to secure construction plans for said yurt, reading War & Peace (the unabridged version), clear-cutting an Ecuadorian rain forest, and winning a staring contest with a photograph. I can see that some of the other reviews are quite negative and I understand other people have had bad experiences with the shop. I personally have never had any issues and every time I've ordered a pizza from them it has come out exactly how I wanted it. Hopefully, for the other people who commented, they will have better experiences with pizza in the future. read more

This place is an absolute joke...I ordered at pizza at 7:30pm...it's now 8:38pm...and the pizza guy isn't here!? I literally live 4 minutes from the store in pineville on Monroe Hwy! They wanted to present me a 50% coupon for my next order! There won't be a next order! This place is ridiculous! They even stated the driver don't carry a phone during deliveries?!! Are you kidding?!!! Oh, and to top it off...the manager of the store has no balls. Tonight I ordered pizza and papadias. Only got half the order and my card was charged for the same amount of the entire order. I get that my computer went rogue and the order was sent wrong. HOWEVER when I called and explained what happened the best I could get was "That was what you ordered mam!" I even gave them the pricing breakdown on the phone that explained how I just paid the same price for half of what I thought was ordered. Dear #PapaJohns, Tonight I ordered a pizza from store number 3862 and it finally showed up 50 minutes later... cold as if it were from yesterday. This is hard to understand because it's not even cold here in Louisiana. Aside from being cold, it looks like it was thrown from a roof (see photo). Furthermore, I paid extra for sauce and peppers which are missing along with the complimentary seasonings I ordered which are all on the receipt (order 0067). I know these are mostly kids working and it being Saturday night they are probably very busy. But clearly, this order completely not cared about. I tried to call back, but I hung up after being on hold for 6 mins. This is fortunate because, really, I didn't want to talk to anyone anyway. I can call the store and probably get my pizza price refunded, or make the delivery person come back with my stuff, but none of that will make this right or offer me much benefit. I realize that, like me, these employees have also been failed by Papa John's. They have clearly not been properly trained to recognize the importance of getting it right consistently. I also know you will refer me to a toll free number to call where I can waste more of my time.The money I wasted on this order is not at all my concern. I have taken my time, which IS very important to me, to help you at this moment for the simple reason that I like Papa John's. I travel a lot. Papa John's is usually consistent enough to be a safe bet when in need of delivery. If you want to make this right with me, don't get it wrong next time. I would like to continue to be able to rely on you if you will allow me. It is truly up to you. I value consistency over quality, and will buy even the most mediocre product if it is consistent and it suits my needs. Conversely if every third time I receive bad service from an establishment I will no longer be a patron regardless of how good it is 2/3 times.
