I ask for original I get thin. THIN I didn't order that, pay for extra cheese I get no cheese at all the toppings are falling off can't even get a decent bite. Horribly over priced. Had my wife pick up some spaghetti's. It was $13.19 for some spaghetti and it had very little sauce on the spaghetti. They gave more spaghetti than sauce. The food is just OK it's not awesome food. It's just highly overpriced and they have snobbish employees with a bad attitude because, the little jerk who gave my wife the food was a jerk with the worst attitude in the world. Traveling and decided to try this place as I didn't want chain pizza. All the positive reviews, I figured this must be the go to place in town. Not sure why everyone loves it so much? I visited here for a work trip and door-dashed a BBQ chicken pizza with a order of wings (half Buffalo and half hot honey) when the order got here instead of a pizza I had BBQ wings, but I wasn't too upset cause wings are elite! The hot honey wings were a unique flavor that I've never had before and after indulging myself in them I can confidently say they are my favorite wing flavor. All the wings were very good and I definitely recommend this place for its wings. Can't say about the pizza since I didn't get it. read more

The wheat crust is very good. The thickness is between a thin crust and hand toss crust (just right). I ordered the supreme (minus mushroom and olives) and it was very flavorful and good. Customer service was very good. There's TVs and good amount of seating. read more

Besides being outrageously overpriced for the quality of the food....... ...the pizza tasted like cardboard. Sauce and toppings lacked flavor and were skimpy and stale tasting. And garlic bread??? Ordered pizza for a birthday party while in the area, taste similar to Johnny's pizza except maybe even better. The wings was delicious definitely get some I'm not even a huge buffalo sauce fan but their sauce is great. Only thing I was not a fan of was the breadsticks they where to thin/dry kinda just tasted like pizza dough with parmesan cheese on it not fan but that's just my opinion. We had quite a big order placed for delivery and not only was it delivered on time they gave us plenty of cups, plates and condiments which was very nice especially since we were at a hotel and needed them. Just got my order. This is the first order I've ever placed and definitely the last. I ordered 2 pizzas, wings, and a ham and cheese poboy. Neither pizza was made as I ordered, they forgot the wings, and the poboy didn't have cheese!!?? OVER $50 WORTH OF FOOD!! Every item I ordered was wrong... So, I called. It took one hour and forty-five minutes to get a pizza delivered and when it finally arrived it was stone cold. Only option offered by management was to wait for another pizza or get a credit on a future order. They would not give a credit for the pizza delivered. Want to support locally owned businesees but expect better communication and service. We have been loyal customers of BJ's Pizza House since the 1980s. We had pizza delivered this evening and after a couple of bites, we realized the pizza had no sauce. I ordered pepperoni, sausage, Canadian bacon, and onion with EXTRA sauce. I called to report the problem. After being transferred twice, the third person, supposedly the manager, said it wasn't possible that the pizza was made without sauce. I asked that he credit the cost or send me a coupon for a replacement at a later date. He said all he could do was send another and have us return what we hadn't eaten. He was rude and condescending! This is not the first time that the pizza coming from this location has not been satisfactory. The quality of their product is inconsistent at best! It was 3am and I was in my late teens living in Arkansas. I couldn't sleep so I did what I always did, drive around town until I started to tire. This night I didn't grow tired so I drove south on hwy 7, on to I-30, to hwy 5, then to I-49. Yes, I drove all the way back home to La. I arrived around 8am and didn't tell anyone I was there. The pizza at BJ's is NOT as good as Dominos, however, it's still good. The only real difference between the pizza here is instead of being cut into triangle slices...the pizza is cut into long rectangle slices. There is also a lunch buffet. The inside has a few televisions are arcade games. The inside is actually kinda spooky and dark...they need a good updating!!! SADLY, this place charges for a glass of WATER!!!! I always stop by and pick up a pizza, even if I'm not hungry at the time, for later. What's great is now they have take and go pizzas that you can bake at home. This was a God send when I was in college and my little brother in my fraternity would have his mom bring one down to Lake Charles when visiting. I've had pizza in NYC and in Chicago. The website is horrendously basic and is terrible about showing what exactly you are paying for. i was giving a delivery time of an hour and 30 minutes from the time i placed the order. Note: before i submitted my payment it was only an hour. The delivery showed up another 35 minutes past the estimated delivery time. I grew up in Alexandria but now live in Atlanta, GA. We always look forward to getting BJ's pizza when go back to Alexandria. This is some of our favorite pizza, we have nothing like it where we live. Another reason for supporting BJ's pizza is because of there support of its local PD. I love this place and have since I was a child. Literally the only pizza place I order from. I just went and picked my online order up. One of my pizzas (pepporoni) was only cheese. I told them the mistake and the young man went inside. The manager came out and was SOO RUDE from the beginning. She started off by waiving the recipe at me and stating I needed to learn to read the screen. I did place my order online. She then refused to take the pizza back or put pepporoni on it and would not give me a refund. She stated I have to keep the cheese pizza and would need to go through the drive thru again and order a whole new pizza. I was willing to pay for the pepporoni but I was not willing to keep at pizza I did not want and buy a whole new one. First, I am a trip advisor fan so don't judge me by how many reviews I have on Yelp. The pizza is made from canned and frozen ingredients. Nothing about the pizza is fresh or local. Is itgood with some beer while watching ESPN in some hotel room? Yes. Do I feel like the owner has tried deligently to create something unique? No. This pizza could be made by a teenager shopping at the local grocery store, (skipping the fresh vegetable isle). My advise, choose local veggies and charge an extra two bucks for the pizza.
