While visiting my parents in CenLa, I was delighted to see a Freddy's location in both Alexandria and Tioga. I got a Peanut Butter Bananza concrete, and it was fantastic, just like the ones I get in Kansas. Service there was polite and efficient. The store was clean and pretty busy given that it just opened. If you enjoy ice cream, or a delicious hamburger, you cannot go wrong with Freddy's.

I asked for a manager to inform them so that someone doesn't actually get hurt, but the employees stated they would let the manager know and they are not allowed to give out the manager's phone number. They did not seem to be in a hurry to call their manager, but after insisting, they came and looked at the hazard and agreed it was an issue. I've attached photos of the hazard. I fell down around 10:35 AM and caught myself, but at 7:15 PM am still experiencing hand, shoulder, back, and toe pain. Whoever is the owner of this parking lot needs to be informed and aware that this is a lawsuit waiting to happen. If you trip on this hazard, please be aware that the restaurant IS AWARE of the danger as of 10:45 AM, refused to let me speak with someone in charge, and that it has already caused minor injuries to myself, a pregnant woman.
