Ordered from the APP and left a GREAT tip for the delivery driver , got transferred to door dash. The door dasher didn't get the tip so I ended up giving the dasher cash, if you order on the app DO NOT TIP!!! They steal the tip read more

They barely use enough pizza sauce on their pies. Pay for double toppings & they put the regular amount . read more

Giving 3 stars because the garlic Parmesan breadsticks are the absolute best and the only reason I still order sometimes. But if you order additional dipping sauces you will be charged for them but you will NOT receive them. So be warned read more

Last 3 weeks we have gotten pizza from here. NO cheese on 3 slices....... Some slices had no sauce. Consistency with bad pizza no more!

Will steal your money. Card was charged but refused to make the food. Manager was confrontational and useless.

Papa John's is a good pizza brand. Wow there stock on NYSE is expensive! They are doing great financially. I got the black olive, jalapeño and cheese pizza today. It had the typical taste for PJ's. I was disappointed with the topping though not enough. Very sparse. It's Doe is thick. No crisp even though I had it well done. As David Portnoy says a basic football pizza. We also got the garlic knots and they are spectacular! I give the pizza a 6.5 and the garlic knots a 9.4!!! We also like to dip the crust into the garlic sauce that comes with each pizza. That is delicious too! The jalapeño's on the pizza are my favorite of all pizza's though! They are awesome! Enjoy! read more

Damn good papa johns right here. Some say that ol daddy john built this place himself and perfected his world famous pizza recipe at this very location. Not only that but their delivery drivers push 120 on the dash to get you your pizza in its hottest, cheesiest, most exquisite form. Would recommend :D read more

Pizza would have been good except the Pepperoni was missing. Same ole, same ole. This pizza place is lacking from what I was used to when I lived in Georgia. Small town but no matter where I ordered my from it was good. But my favorite was Little Caesars. Sorry guys . You've lost the knack of wanting to please your customers with the taste of a good meal and traded it for the almighty dollar. You ever heard the saying, " Happy wife, means Happy life.l well, changing the words to read, " Happy tummy, means you remembered the word "YUMMY" I can make my own pizza but gladly ,to save me time, I thought I would give you another chance. Well, you blew it!!!! I'm getting off my soapbox now but will be looking at your website to see if you are brave enough to post it. !! read more

Just so everyone knows, if you order delivery from this Papa John's now, they will send your delivery with a Door Dash driver, not a Papa John's employee!!! I have ordered from Papa John's religiously for years and they just lost a customer tonight. I ordered a delivery tonight, and as usual gave a $5 tip. About 30 minutes later I get a text from a Door Dash delivery driver asking me if I can walk out to their car to get my order because they have a sprained ankle and can't walk up to my door. I was very confused and told them that I did not order through Door Dash and that I ordered directly from the Papa John's website. So, I called Papa John's and a very rude manager told me that they now "partner" with Door Dash, so it may be a Papa John's driver that delivers your order or it may be a Door Dash driver. Ultimately I told them to cancel my order and refund my money, and I ended up ordering from Dominos after I called and verified that they don't "partner" with Door Dash. So I know some of you might not think this is a big deal, but we live in a not great area, and given the fact that literally ANYONE can sign up to work for Door Dash, I am just not comfortable with some random person showing up at my house with my order that I was expecting from a Papa John's employee. Plus, why is the Door Dash driver asking me to come out to their car in the middle of the night for my order that I paid them to deliver?? Pretty shady if you ask me. My thoughts are that if their ankle was well enough to walk into Papa John's and pickup my order then it would be okay to walk up to my house. Oh, also when I told the Papa John's manager how shady I thought this was, he was not at all apologetic, and just basically was like "well I dunno what you want me to do about it." read more
