Cold food. Will more than likely have door dash deliver your food. I watched as the door dasher went to another restaurant, picked up someone else's food and deliver their food all before I got mine. We ordered in January and it took 2 hours 06 minutes to deliver. They mailed a coupon for a free cheese pizza (not the equivalent to what we ordered) and had to use it in 2 weeks. We were still jilted with the time and low quality of the pizza, so it expired. We ordered last night and waited 1:35. The "track your order" went from 55 mins to 1:20 to :60 to 1:10.... To wait this amount of time for a cold, bland, pizza isn't logical. Therefore, from here on out, we will be logical and make better choices and unfortunately, those choices do not include this Papa Johns location. read more

Worst customer service ever. It's gone terribly downhill over the last 3 or so years. Every time I order things are left at the store and we're told to "call the store" before the delivery person immediately walks away. I call the store and nobody ever answers after waiting on hold for a ridiculous amount of time. The franchise owner and manager clearly do not care about making sure the customers get the bare minimum of what they order. Filing complaints with corporate will only get you a free pizza since they don't give partial refunds for the mistakes they've created. So if you're wanting your money back to take your business elsewhere, you're SOL. If I could give 0 stars, that would be more deserving. read more

Ordered on the app. got there to pay and the kid took my credit card to the front because his till "shut off". He hands me my card back and said "heres your receipt" theres no receipt. I ask him for it and he says "I'm not even on the till I can't give out receipts". He walked away for a while and he came back with the receipt, with an unauthorized 25% tip. He saw me press 10%, this kid stole from me. Terrible costumer service too, I called to get this sorted out and was left on hold for 7 minutes before I eventually gave up. I have now ordered from this location three tries. They failed miserably on each one. This is absolutely the worst papa johns I've ever been to.... and I have been to many across the country. I called to place my order at 6:40 PM Sunday night 11/22/2015! The phone rang at least 10-12 times before someone answered the phone. It sounded like a young lady on the other side and I was ready to place my order when she asked me to be placed on hold. I waited for 6 minutes on hold, hang up and called back. Finally someone else picked up and was able to place my order. I drove over to Papa John for pick up. They told me it would take 30 minutes to bake my pizza. It is 7:05 PM and pizza not ready. Customer service is horrible! The phones are ringing like crazy and nobody cares to answer them! Complete chaos! They are short of people on the front counter and everybody is cooking or delivering pizzas! Customer service needs to be improved and that starts by Management! read more

The pizza was poorly made. Half of the pizza was supposed to have a certain topping and it was mountains up on 3 slices. The worst part though was the lady at the counter who said it was their policy to not accept any bill over a $20 bill. I asked her how I was supposed to pay for me meal and she asked me to go get change from somewhere. I had to walk next door to get change. Thanks but no thanks. I'm typically satisfied with Papa Johns, but this Location is awful. Extremely slow, dirty, lazy and inconsiderate staff. I absolutely hate picking up from this place due to the staffing. It's just so unprofessional, and bad music is usually so loud and not appropriate. I would get delivery but with the outrageous delivery fee I don't plan to get delivery ever again from them. I recently had the deep dish, never again EVER. It seemed half cooked. It was extremely doughy. I will say some doughy-ness is fine with me, but this thing was like half and half. Not cool is was awful. I asked for extra sauce big mistake I think they were being funny with all the EXTRA sauce. Typically extra sauce is regular plus a little more. No they decided to give me it seemed to be half the bucket of sauce. You know when there's so much sauce the toppings and cheese roll or slide off, yep you guessed it. It was a huge saucy mess. My Girlfriend until yesterday loved papa johns and I refuse to ever order from them again. So I ordered 2 pizza's one with Extra Cheese and extra Anchovies and one with pepperoni and extra Sausage. So I get our pizza's open them up and on the one with extra anchovies these people had the nerve to literally put one anchovy per slice of pizza. I'm not kidding here. It mind as well been a cheese pizza. On the one with extra sausage and pepperoni it was a little more topping but nowhere near the extra toppings I ordered. I told my girlfriend I will NEVER order another Papa Johns pizza ever again. I've never had an issue like this with Dominos pizza or Pizza Hut and this isn't the first time they screwed up an order and I'm done with them. My husband and I have been a fan of Papa John's for years but my last experience at this location makes me reconsider our loyalty. It wasn't necessarily the pizza but the service. I ordered a pick up delivery and when I got to the pick up window, I noticed that half of the staff was standing outside the back of the building. The delivery driver looked at me while taking a drag on his cigarette and turned right back to talking. I waited for 10+ minutes before someone finally came to the window and it happened to be the cook making the pizzas. He said the person that would help me would be back after their break. Worst experience ever. Ordered pizza at 6:00 for carry out, drove 15 minutes there and back and when we opened the box at home it was the wrong order. Called the store to tell them they gave us the wrong order and were argued with and given excuses. We then talked to a manager who sorted it out and said he'd have a new pizza ready for us in 25-30 minutes. Made the 15 minute drive back and when we pulled up to the drive-thru window we were told to park and they'd bring it out to us. Waited for another 25 minutes before going in to ask them where the pizza was at. After more excuses we were told that the pizza had been forgotten and had never made it into the oven. After another 20 minutes we finally had our pizza. Two and a half hours later we finally made it home with the correct pizza. I have never had such horrible and frustrating service. Extremely slow! Never deliver anywhere close to on time. Even carry out orders are always late and you have to wait. They also can never seem to "find" your order when you call to check on why your delivery is late. Customer service is something they do not understand at all. read more
