I'm beyond frustrated with my order. I asked for three pizzas, and somehow, your staff managed to completely ignore my instructions. One pizza had the wrong crust, another showed up with someone else's name on it, and only the third vaguely resembled what I ordered. It's clear that accuracy and care don't exist here. First off, the parking lot is atrocious...pot holes and craters all over, half the business are closed down so it looks abandoned. Second time I've been here and it's a swarm of foreign guys, zero menus posted in the place so apparently walk ins are discouraged, as also indicated by the $10 extra I unknowingly paid on a special that was advertised at $11.99, but the guy said no it's $23 and I didn't realize until after it was ordered. Got it delivered. I ordered a pepperoni, they forgot to add the pepperoni. Second pie, ordered mushrooms, spinach, and steak. Barely either of the toppings were on it. And the toppings that were. Were not distributed evenly. Ordered extra pepperoncini. Looks like someone took a bite of one of them. Also they don't use tape to seal the boxes. This location needs new management. Where to begin... I asked to see a menu and it looked like they only had one that was outdated and beat up (no prices on menu or in store!!) i asked about the specials on the back of the menu, they told me I can only do that online! I ordered a 'large cheesesteak pizza' a medium pepperoni and meatball pizza, and cheesy bread with a 2L soda. I asked for the price... $53!!! I was already there and invested, so I said ok and paid. As soon as production started they told me they were out of meatballs and discontinued, even though it was on the menu. I was asked what other item I would want on there. I said bacon then they looked at each other like they were gonna up charge me. They finally let it go. Next, they didn't have any of the special sauce that was supposed to go on the cheesesteak pizza so again I had to change my order. When I got home and I was excited to bring home a surprise dinner for my wife and we opened the pizzas up the negativity kept on coming. My large pizza wasn't spread out so that was the same size as a medium, even though I paid extra for it, all of the ingredients were just thrown in a pile in the middle of both pizzas, Pepperchini's weren't even in the box, and maybe 3 little pieces of steak one a supposedly 'large' pie. The place looked like a corner bodega just like a previous customer mentioned and you can't even realistically park out front because there's a curb in front of all the parking spots. Every aspect of this business is literal garbage. They're just trying to make QuickBooks on everybody else else's dime. It's it's just bad customer service and an overall business practice. Its a chain so food is for the most part as expected. Service was on time but inaccurate. I received the wrong dessert on a saturday night, I called immediately and never got an answer so I saved the untouched item. So I placed an order and when it was delivered one box was completely empty. Attempted to call the store to speak to manage got put on a hold cycle more then 45 mins. At the half way marker I had someone else call on another phone and the got someone asking to take an order and when they explained the situation they were hung up on. Here's a very honest review. The pizza was comparable to Chuckie cheese pizza where I take my daughter sometimes, it was horrible. I also ordered wings and requested to be "crispy". They were "wet" and rubbery from sitting in tin foil, no sauce and about the size of a pigeon wing. The brownie dessert thing was awesome, wish I just fed my family that for dinner instead of the pizza. my advice is, if you never had good pizza then order papa johns, you might like it. If you know what real pizza tastes like then have papa johns deliver straight to your outdoor trash cans. Yes outdoor cans because I wouldn't let the pizza through my front door again, to make it to the inside trash. Placed a very large order on line. Apparently something was wrong with it. Manager called and said to call. I called and I was on a loop about the stupid rewards. Tried calling and placing an order. Here their phones go to a call center. I called backed if they could call the store and I was placed in that loop about rewards on my cell phone. Now Iam hold listening to the stupid lines about their rewards. When I got a call the next day because of the survey I answered. Then I was told that the manager tried to reach me several times for over 20 minute. Which is a lie because I was on the stupid rewards loop and no one clicked in. I was also told his staff does not speak English. How do they take walk in orders. The cheese sticks were greasy and 1/2 cooked. The pizza was dry and 1 was suppose to have 1/2 green peppers they were thrown in the middle of the pie so the peppers were on every piece of pizza. I wanted extra cheese and I got NO cheese. Boy was that horrible. Manager said he had to make a choice but if had looke at the other pie had extra cheese- not no cheese. It use to be so much better. I will never place an order there again. Haven't had Papa John's in a while but the one time I give them a try, I get a girl with zero customer service skills answering the phone with long awkward pauses during the normal introduction, who also claims that it is impossible to serve a pepperoni pizza with two slices of the pizza to just have mushrooms (for the pescatarian of the house). I have not had PapaJohn's Pizza in years. However, recently I received a coupon for their new cheeseburger pizza. I decided to try it. The flavor was OK. However the dough had the texture of an exercise mat. Granted I have not ever tried to eat one, It's the only thing I can think of to which to compare it. I called to place an order for delivery, and was told they don't deliver to my location, despite my apartment being UNDER three miles from their store.
