I have always wanted to try Wingstop so imagine my excitement when I found one. I ordered a 6 piece classic wing combo. I split the sauce choices and did half Hawaiian and half hickory smoked bbq and I did flats only. The combo came with seasoned fries and homemade ranch on the side. I also ordered the Cajun fried corn. I ordered the food for delivery so I can't speak to the ambiance of the store. Food was packaged well, utensils and wet wipes included which I appreciated. I did not like the wings. Neither one of the sauces left an impression. The fries were delish but the real winner was the Cajun fried corn. I was dipping the corn in the ranch and it was so tasty. I would order again but not the wings. Maybe I'll try the tenders next time but that fried corn will keep me coming back for sure. read more

This place is a disaster. Waited 40 minutes and my order still didn't come out. Asked for a refund and that took an additional 10 minutes until someone could figure that out. Such a shame the place is run so poorly cause the food is good. There is no efficiency or accountability at this location. This is the second poor experience we've had. Will not return now read more

First time here, walked in and the menu was pretty much for groups and combo orders... wasn't much in the way of small orders. You can order wings without the combos, but they actually cost more that way *smh* read more

We had Wing stup in Florida and just loved it; when we came back home, we found out there's a Wingstop near our house. the wings were underdressed. fries are boardwalk fries. it was good, staff was nice; next time i need to ask for more sauce read more

Ordered from the app for my sons and I...what showed up was wrong in multiple ways. They got sauces wrong in the chicken sandwich, left pickles off the same sandwiches. Cheese fries were also ordered...plain fries showed up. Coke, Dr. Pepper, and Lemonade were ordered as drinks...three cokes were delivered. I called right away and was hung up on after sitting on hold for a while. I called back a second time sat on hold again, and again was hung up on. I left a review with their corporate website explaining my disappointment with this store and even provided them my phone number and email and I have not been contacted and it has been a week. One of my favorite foods... Wings. Unfortunately, not many places around here get them right. Also, unfortunately, Wingstop is a place that did not get them right, although that is their entire business model. First the good. -The prices are the same here as the other stores in the area. -They prepare the food in the window that is given when you order. The not good. -The chicken wing (traditional bone-in wings) consistency is very... inconsistent. Half of my wings were done perfectly and the other half was edible but felt undercooked (they were safe to eat, it was the physical texture). -Eating the wings was like two totally different flavors, the sauce would barely stick to the wings and you would taste plain chicken and then sauce instead of a combination of the two. -The blue cheese dipping sauce I got was, without exaggeration, literally water. If I dipped a celery stick into the blue cheese and pulled it out, it ran right off it as if I never dipped it at all. I would not recommend Wingstop and I will not be ordering from here again. (I would however recommend other local places for wings, these would be Baileys, Pizza Hut, WingsToGo, and Pizza Star. In that order.) read more

I love Wingstop but the service is always shitty at pretty much every location. I placed an order about 2 hours ahead of time to pick up. I arrived about 5 min after it was supposed to be ready. Guess what? It wasn't ready. I asked how long it would be & the girl responded "we're about to sauce the wings" with an attitude. Ok that still didn't answer my question but whatever. They used to show you the order to make sure it was correct but I guess they no longer do that. I waited about 10 min & it was ready. The girl didn't say anything & just placed it on the counter & walked away. I asked another guy working if this was my entire order. I just left without checking anything....MISTAKE. When I got to my destination (I ordered for a few friends) the whole order was wrong. If you want expensive wings, shitty service & the wrong order, this is the place for you! read more

Wings are so tiny and highly overpriced my 4 year old son could eat a 20 piece alone. Not not that I order fries and they completely forgot to add them to my order. I would not recommend this place reason why they have 1.5 rating read more

I have to be honest I am an idiot for seeing the reviews ahead of time, and still coming here. I ordered online, and it said it would be ready in 16-21 minutes. I arrived about 7 minutes after the 21 minute mark. I stood at the front for about 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. Only saw 2 workers in the whole place. As time went on more workers popped out of the back, as more customers also came in for door dash etc. The workers seemed to be clueless each time they shuffled in from the back. I waited another 45 minutes before my order was completed. So over an hour it took from when I ordered and I had to wait in the store for 45 minutes. As for the food, the chicken was good size but barely sauced. The only good part we're the fries. They tasted decent. Oh and the celery which cost like 3 dollars, we got 2 pieces of celery. TWO! Awful experience, just avoid this place, whoever runs it, should be fired immediately read more

We went to wing stop and spent $70 on food. The really short girl that was reading me off the food I bought had a attitude. Then I wait for the 4 drinks I bought. I just heard her talking under her breath saying "I don't have to be here". And then threw down my drinks on the table Smh. They take doordash orders, in person orders and phone orders, with one cashier, if you want food from here be ready to wait 30-45 mins.

First time eating wingstop & will be my last time . It was horrible, everything was cold. Wings were so small & dried out . Can't believe i wasted my money on this garbage. DONT EAT HERE !!!!!!!!! Such a disappointment read more
