Attempted to place order on line. Web site would not allow us to check out. Called direct, sounded like a call center. Asked for address then for our zip code. Could NOT understand what the person was saying. Asked him to repeat 3 times. Finally hung up. If I call the local store why do I need to give my zip code? Are they not in the same zip code???? Will no longer order from this location (or any other). They will be the next pizza place gone from town. Frustrating!!!! read more

The management team is perfectly on point. Both my wife and I were at work, and she had no cash. I knew she wanted a drink, but had no way to get one. I wasn't able to leave work to take one to her, but I thought maybe I could explain our situation and if they had an order going there, perhaps they wouldn't mind. I knew it was way below the minimum required delivery point, but when I asked the manager, he said, "It would be up to the driver." I was so impressed he would defer to the driver for the final approval. It showed me how much the drivers opinion meant to him, and the value he placed on him. Even if the answer was no, I was totally won over. The driver agreed, and the boss even waived the minimum delivery fee (since it was more than my order!). Yes, I tipped well, but I wanted everyone to know how much I appreciated the crew at Papa John's Lebanon. You made me a loyal customer today. read more

So irritated! I ordered a Papadilla Sandwich and a Diet Pepsi last night. It came with a not so hot Dry sandwich and a Hot Diet Coke! Now mind you I've called and complained about the Papa Johns on Columbus Ave in Lebanon's in the past but was never rude and I complained about things like the Driver dropping My food onto the porch scooping the food back into the box and saying It's Ok it didn't touch the floor!! Well I called and told the manager Same Mean Rude Woman Erin that always answers and is hateful toward me!! She said she was refunding my money and to Never Order From them Again! I couldn't even begin to say how much business they've Ungratefully gotten from us because of the Shelter in place and what has followed...times when mom wasn't her best (Who by the way just died and I had to depend on delivery food to get us through at times.) or I was worn out or we wanted a break and something different. I did not deserve to be treated like this because I called and reported an issue. I also was calm and informative. I was not asking for anything or demanding anything. I said all because I informed you of a problem?! I told her I will be calling the corporate office!! I mean really with restaurants failing in record numbers? I know they are great because of delivery but can they afford to run off business? Especially to a loyal customer who doesn't call screaming or demanding? I merely was informing them. You people shouldnt be allowed to sell anything let alone food. You guys are so Incompetent I live in Lebanon just north of Cincinnati clearly a 513 area code and the pizza guy calls me from a 614 area code. (Columbus Ohio--- 2 plus hours away) of course I ignore that since there are so many scammers now so I waited two hours for my pizza and come to find that 614 number was my pizza guy. I call this sad excuse of a restaurant and I don't even get a "sorry" just excuses and reasons why I'm wrong. I guess how dare I not accept random calls from literally half way across my state. What was I thinking? I was clearly wrong though. Wrong to ever contact papa johns. Stopped in to try them out. I ordered a small garden fresh pizza that's was the worst I've ever had. Dough uncooked, cheese unmelted it was terrible. On top of the nasty food I had a pizza box that was used to kill bugs with cause there was several dead bugs ok my box. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!! read more

Why do I pay so much and get so little? I was looking at my 5 item pizza when a papa johns commercial was on TV..
