I don't often leave 5 stars. Ordered tonight on the app. Walked in to pick up, and there were two (looked like) teenagers working. I just moved from out of state, and Papa Johns was typically trash... soggy and nasty. THIS PIZZA SLAPPED. I made a order yesterday for yk a epic stuff crusted large pizza. And when i got there i got out the car i walked up to the window where it said only phone orders. And i read that out loud. And the lady in the window that looked like she was ready to go home, Didn't say nothing. So then i went to the door on the other side and it was completely locked and the door handle was falling off. This location is the worst Papa Johns I have ever been to! I asked for extra sauce on my pizza and went to pick it up. When I got there the pizza barely had any sauce on it at all (it was extremely dry). When I brought this up with the register person I tried to be easy and asked for just a few extra sauce cups instead of them having to remake the whole thing (I didn't have the time to wait and that's a waste of pizza). To this I was told that I was going to be charged for said sauce cups, even though the only reason I wanted them was to add the sauce to the pizza that should have been on there in the first place! They refused to work with me on fixing their mistake. After this incident I called corporate, to which I was told that the store would call me to remedy this situation (of course they never did). read more

The driver did not arrive with the soda that I ordered. 3.50. Called the store she apologized and said the driver would bring it back. Driver comes back a second time. Does not leave the 3.50 soda.... Calls the store again.... She said he'd leave it at the doorstep. Check the doorstep after the third attempt.... STILL NO SODA. Calls the store again she says "well the driver said he left it". Ma'am. The driver didn't leave it the first or second time... why am I getting push back and this is my fourth time speaking with you. All that and she could not issue a refund. Now I have to drive there tomorrow for a refund. What's the point of paying for delivery service? Will not use this store and definitely would not recommend. Poorest customer service and experience. A Saturday night and the area is pretty busy. I called Dominos and Pizza Hut and sat on hold for over 8 minutes at both places. After doing another search, Papa John's came up. They answered right away and our pizzas were delivered to our hotel room within 45 minutes. The did forget our garlic sauce but other than that, our order was great. I have been ordering from here for 1 year now . i've never had any issues with my service. My experience has always been good . This young lady took my order on Saturday September 2 2023 and was so patient and calm with me. After she took my order I than saw her slapping the dough without gloves. So I ask the young lady why they don't wear gloves and she calmly and respectfully explained to me how they are constantly washing their hands and not touching the pizza after it is made. I was talking a lot and asking a lot of questions but not one time did the young lady look annoyed . I asked the young lady what her name was and she told me london . I told london i thank her for her excellent service and assistance. She had a smile on her face from the time i walked in from the time i walked out. I will definitely be coming back and asking for londons service. She left me with a excellent pineapple pizza!!! read more

This afternoon my roommate and I ordered pizza. The pizza was slightly overcooked and the brownie crumbled when trying to remove it from the tray. Although the order was delivered in a timely manner, it was also short 3 sodas. I have made 3 calls to them asking about my missing soda and one representative told my my order had been fulfilled, the other 2 told me the guy was on his way and hung up on me. It's now been over an hour since our pizza has been delivered, still no sodas. This is incredibly bad service, imho the whole store dropped the ball. Not a good business model that such a well respected franchise should have. I'll take my business to Domino's, or maybe local asian.... read more
