This place is terrible. I ordered a medium mushroom and pepperoni pizza along with a small pepperoni pizza. The medium had fewer pepperoni's than the small! AND the Uber offer of buy one get one free is NOT real. read more

Got two large pizzas, they were undercooked. 60$ for uncooked pizza. Disappointed. 3 gentlemen were working night shift. They were nice. However, pizza was not. Barely cooked, barely cut, got half jalapeno gave me extra jalapeno on the whole pizza, was soggy. Ok I'm done. Don't come here for pizza at night time on a Thursday. read more

The food is sub par and the evening manager on 7/5/25 was rude and does not take responsibility for things that are wrong. Do not order from here. Update. 7/6/25 The GM called me to discuss my experience. He apologized and offered me a refund. It's nice to see customer service is still alive Thank you Mike for caring about customer experience at your stores. read more

I don't often leave 5 stars. Ordered tonight on the app. Walked in to pick up, and there were two (looked like) teenagers working. I just moved from out of state, and Papa Johns was typically trash... soggy and nasty. THIS PIZZA SLAPPED. THE WINGS WERE GOOD, the pizza was good, the breadsticks.... these guys deserve all the tips. Thanks for an awesome meal, guys. read more

If it ain't a bunch of young adults up there playing behind the counter you get lazy employees. Ordered a pizza and they just dumped all the toppings in the center of the pizza and burned the oreo bite. They were very hard . I just threw those away read more

They took my order over the phone it's been an hour and a half no one has delivered my food but they have my money. And they do not have the courtesy to call to say whatever. And of course customer service is closed now so I don't know if I will be eating tonight or not. Not good customer service wouldn't recommend y'all for nothing. read more

I made a order yesterday for yk a epic stuff crusted large pizza. And when i got there i got out the car i walked up to the window where it said only phone orders. And i read that out loud. And the lady in the window that looked like she was ready to go home, Didn't say nothing. So then i went to the door on the other side and it was completely locked and the door handle was falling off. So then i told the lady at the window my name and got my pizza and she handed to me kinda like she was throwing it And closed the window. I think this store is very ghetto. And that Girl that was working monday night is very disrespectful. Customer service WAS HORRIBLE. And on top of that. The pizza didn't look like a large. It looked like a medium. And was kinda small. Overall, i'm just finna stop ordering pap johns all together. read more

This location is the worst Papa Johns I have ever been to! I asked for extra sauce on my pizza and went to pick it up. When I got there the pizza barely had any sauce on it at all (it was extremely dry). When I brought this up with the register person I tried to be easy and asked for just a few extra sauce cups instead of them having to remake the whole thing (I didn't have the time to wait and that's a waste of pizza). To this I was told that I was going to be charged for said sauce cups, even though the only reason I wanted them was to add the sauce to the pizza that should have been on there in the first place! They refused to work with me on fixing their mistake. After this incident I called corporate, to which I was told that the store would call me to remedy this situation (of course they never did). read more

The driver did not arrive with the soda that I ordered. 3.50. Called the store she apologized and said the driver would bring it back. Driver comes back a second time. Does not leave the 3.50 soda.... Calls the store again.... She said he'd leave it at the doorstep. Check the doorstep after the third attempt.... STILL NO SODA. Calls the store again she says "well the driver said he left it". Ma'am. The driver didn't leave it the first or second time... why am I getting push back and this is my fourth time speaking with you. All that and she could not issue a refund. Now I have to drive there tomorrow for a refund. What's the point of paying for delivery service? Will not use this store and definitely would not recommend. Poorest customer service and experience. Wish I could select a negative star rating because this doesn't even deserve 1. read more

A Saturday night and the area is pretty busy. I called Dominos and Pizza Hut and sat on hold for over 8 minutes at both places. After doing another search, Papa John's came up. They answered right away and our pizzas were delivered to our hotel room within 45 minutes. The did forget our garlic sauce but other than that, our order was great. Thank you for feeding our hungry teenagers! read more

I ordered 3 large pizzas but was given 3 medium ones instead. Not to mention that the pizza was burnt on the bottom and on the crust. Children say it doesn't even taste like pizza. Definitely would not go back again. read more

I understand that Fridays are busy for delivery. It took them 2 and a half hours to get my food and of course it was cold. Called the store a few times to check on the status of my order. The manager told me "what you want me to do" and then hung up on me. I did not call back. I do understand people get frustrated but I was respectful and patience. I was not being loud or ghetto over the phone so there was no reason for the disrespect. Not everyone deserves a manager position... read more

This afternoon my roommate and I ordered pizza. The pizza was slightly overcooked and the brownie crumbled when trying to remove it from the tray. Although the order was delivered in a timely manner, it was also short 3 sodas. I have made 3 calls to them asking about my missing soda and one representative told my my order had been fulfilled, the other 2 told me the guy was on his way and hung up on me. It's now been over an hour since our pizza has been delivered, still no sodas. This is incredibly bad service, imho the whole store dropped the ball. Not a good business model that such a well respected franchise should have. I'll take my business to Domino's, or maybe local asian.... read more
