Absolutely terrible service, asked them to deliver to the hospital, call me once they get here and they did not do either. I then called them and asked them to re Deliver and explained to them what happened, but the manager there was absolutely no help. Said "I'm not having my drivers drive all over." that branch and its managers needs to review what customer service means. Absolutely insane to me, but don't worry domino's got us. Pizza is typical take out. However the service is horrible. Waited 25 minutes after the app said order was ready. Had to ask 3x over that period and each time they were completely mystified as to what I was talking about. Even after it was ready, you would think they would tell out knowing (or should have known by this time) I was was waiting, but no, it required another trip in. The staff is rude if you ever call have a question or concern. The delivery drivers are usually pretty nice, at least the ones that I have had. Their wait times are a joke, expect at least an extra 20 minutes from whatever they say in your confirmation email. And when you call and ask why it's taking so long they just get nasty about it. Unfortunately Dominoes is disgusting so Papa John's it is, lesson learned, from now on I will be picking up. They also increased their delivery fee. Not that it's much of a convenient since it takes forever. I would expect to special events, and certain days of the week to make weight times a little bit extra, but I usually order on a Tuesday or Wednesday in the middle of the week. The food was as expected. The one start is for their business practices. I requested a receipt for a $54 order emailed or text-ed to me for my expense report but was refused. I was told they aren't allowed to do that. I was told that he could print the receipt and I could pick it. Worst pizza place EVER! Will never order there again. Staff is very rude and never showed up to deliver our pizza!! I missed his call and called him right back and the delivery guy said hes on his way so I even clarified our meeting place & he still DIDNT SHOW!!!! I told him what car I was in and everything. He went back to the store and lied to his manager and said I was never there?!?! Which is a complete lie! This is where communication is key! The employees SUCK & don't put the customer first. A bunch of young millennials "work" there, & the closing manager isn't any better. He refused to give me a refund and didn't even offer for me to come to the store and pick up the pizza. I demand a refund or I wont stop with these reviews I will leave them on every website possible and even go to your higher ups. So sad you spend $40 of your hard working money on pizza to feed your family and they don't even show to deliver & pretty much said "shit on me we don't give refunds?!?!" RUDE!
