That's a pleasant change from some chain places with their barely above luke-warm offerings. As soon as a guest left, someone was there to wipe down the tables and sweep the area for the next guest. The breakfast burrito was gigantic, and tasty. It was easily large enough to serve two with the right mix of tomato, potato, eggs. Oh, and it may have been breakfast, but the banana split still tasted good even at ten in the morning. A classic small town DQ but with food that really hit the spot when you're on the road and don't want to stop for a full meal. The employees are pleasant, albeit aloof to strangers and make no secret they're talking about you. It's not just paranoia either. They look at you, nudge each other, whisper, and then all turn and look at you. Fortunately, I knew I didn't look like I'd just come in from an all-nighter. It was a little disconcerting It won't stop me from coming here again, though. They'll get used to it.

I hit up this drivethrough and it was A-OK. The parking lot was clean and there was no litter. The young lady working the ordering board was easy to understand and confirmed my order correctly, asking if I wanted to "make it a combo" or and tried to sell a drink. That's the way it's supposed to be done. At the window, my box of chicken nuggets was in a bag with the right amount of napkins and as requested, no sauce. Payment was provided and the right amount of change returned. The nuggets were HOT as they should be, still crispy and it's been a while since I've had McNuggets. They tasted fine and they were decent fuel for the remainder of my journey. [Review 13468 overall, 787 of 2020.]

We got our food and the sandwiches were not hot but OK; however, the tots were cold and rubbery. They put tots under the heat lamp and when people order, they go over and serve them. They may have been there for a while, which made them rubbery, and weren't hot from any heat lamp. They were nice and got us some really hot and fresh ones when I went back to complain. So that's a plus. I definitely don't think they gave it their all when we walked in. Probably will stay away next time.
