I realize this is a "first-world" complaint, but I'm going to voice it anyway. Whoever's responsible for adding ketchup or other condiments to burgers/sandwiches at Hazard's original McDonald's restaurant (Combs Road) seriously needs to be taught better, or else fired. Every time I order a Filet-O-Fish sandwich from the Combs Rd McDonald's and ask for ketchup, THIS is what I get--barely a tiny drop or two (see attached photos of two separate orders placed in recent months). If it weren't so insulting, it would be laughable. Come on, people! You can do better. (Thankfully, I didn't eat these sandwiches until I got home, where I keep a large bottle of ketchup in the refrigerator at all times.) RIDICULOUS . . . read more

McDonald's needless to say is a good restaurant or else it wouldn't be the franchise it is today, but I'm reviewing this McDonald's mainly out of nostalgia. My mother used to pick me up hotcakes all the time from this place all the time on the way to daycare back in the 1980s and sometimes a happy meal after daycare. Not my best choice, but it was the best choice with limited options. Most restaurants in the area were closed on this Sunday afternoon and I needed to eat *something*. I hit up this drivethrough and it was A-OK. The parking lot was clean and there was no litter. The young lady working the ordering board was easy to understand and confirmed my order correctly, asking if I wanted to "make it a combo" or and tried to sell a drink. That's the way it's supposed to be done. At the window, my box of chicken nuggets was in a bag with the right amount of napkins and as requested, no sauce. Payment was provided and the right amount of change returned. The nuggets were HOT as they should be, still crispy and it's been a while since I've had McNuggets. The caramel latte is amazing if a certain young girl is working! If not something seems to always be wrong with the order? I completely understand that they are busy a lot of the time, but that shouldn't be the same excuse every time you get the wrong order? It's almost like they are not getting properly trained? This location deserves ZERO stars. Since Covid drive throughs really annoy me. Service was slow due to long wait at the drive through because the lobby is still closed. Took 20 minutes to get my food and they were out of receipt paper and the kid that brought my food needs to learn some dealing with people skills. I was there yesterday I ordered 6 cheeseburgers and 6 chicken sandwiches I ask the waiter at the window if all my food was in one bag he said yes it was all there so I took his word for it. when I got home home I didn't have the cheese burgers just the chickens sandwiches and they wasn't good at all they was fried to long and really dark.so guess what I had to do when I got home,cook supper. read more

This has to be said. This is the BEST McDonald's in the U.S.A.!!!!! The food is always delicious. The biscuits are huge! At other McDonald's the biscuits are the size of canned biscuits. The interior is nice and even comfortable and relaxing. The employees are professional, respectful and very helpful. My favorite place to have breakfast. read more

Can't beat the coffee and pancakes any day, anytime. Service was good and friendly. The people doing the food prep were loud and disruptive, to the point if starting you as you eat. The double quarter pounder was tasteless, fries good as always. The floor of the eating area was sticky all over and ketchup spilt on the floors.
