I thought I had killed it,opened the "apple pie"only to find a 2nd stink bug, which I also killed but when putting the 2 together,I realized that the 1st one was still alive! I have them both together, dead, now. That evening my tongue had began to swell as I went to sleep. When I awoke at daybreak, my tongue was making it hard to get oxygen down and I went directly to the hospita emergency room, where in about 4 hours they got my tongue down to about normal. You should definitely do something about the stink bugs; I haven't made my mind up yet about farther action. The New Steak burger with the stink bugs was the first I had eaten Friday and I still have the stink bugs! Very Sincere,Dr.Don Holbrook,O D

Probably one of the nicest DQs I've been to in some time. It was clean, bright and the food is…read moreserved hot hot hot. Seriously, don't even attempt to eat it until it's cooled down. That's a pleasant change from some chain places with their barely above luke-warm offerings. As soon as a guest left, someone was there to wipe down the tables and sweep the area for the next guest. The breakfast burrito was gigantic, and tasty. It was easily large enough to serve two with the right mix of tomato, potato, eggs. Oh, and it may have been breakfast, but the banana split still tasted good even at ten in the morning. A classic small town DQ but with food that really hit the spot when you're on the road and don't want to stop for a full meal. The employees are pleasant, albeit aloof to strangers and make no secret they're talking about you. It's not just paranoia either. They look at you, nudge each other, whisper, and then all turn and look at you. Fortunately, I knew I didn't look like I'd just come in from an all-nighter. It was a little disconcerting It won't stop me from coming here again, though. They'll get used to it.

So we waited at the drive thru window and she brings us the order. I asked "are we sure there is no cheese because he has a severe dairy allergy?" She glanced at the female cook, then back at me and replied "Yes, I'm sure." So we pulled around out of the way of other traffic, opened the bag and YES, Cheese! Why lie? Why? It's a burger and to feel the need to lie straight to a customer's face is classless, forget the unprofessionalism. Neither of these Wendy's locations in Hazard have any type of leadership or standards. I usually just say forget it and move on, but to blatantly LIE is going to be called out. Pulled next door to the Dairy Queen and got his burger as ordered with no problem.
