As a common courtesy I even asked him if he was okay. And then he has the audacity to start talking down to me in a very monotonic and caless manner while also handing me my pizza in a very offending way. Just stared dead into my eyes without even saying a single word while he handed me my the pizza. Security video footage (if any) corrobates my experience. This establishment should be ashamed of itself for hiring such a disrespectful employee who clearly has nothing to lose and therefore mistreats and takes advantage of "easier target" customers unfairly while bending knees for others in line. The exact reason I refused to leave a tip and if could leave a negative tip amount on my card I would gladly have done so. Makes no sense at all as to why a complete stranger employee would do something like that to me. As I was driving away baffled, it was very obvious to me via the storefront windows that the employee along with the next customers in line were discussing the matter behind my back as if he did nothing wrong. All while additional employees at the back were laughing. It's no surprise that people who actually lead meaningful lives are shifting away from these types fast food places with rotten employees. Makes no sense at all as to why he would do something like that to me. I expect the managers will take disciplinary action against this disrespectful and unprofessional employee at once, or I will be lodging a formal complaint with Little Caesars' corporate complaints department early next week.
