I recommend this location not exist anymore. Pizza not done or cut. This experience confirmed why I drive to pick up outside my delivery area. Do better! read more

I love Papa Johns and this location is the best, their workers are sweet and patient. Their pizza is always so delicious and never late. The delivery drivers are always so quick and receive tips always. I would 100% recommend this location, it has never let me down. read more

if I could rate this place with less than one star, I would do it. The fat girl with the acne rolled her eyes at me and the new guy with the big eyebrows who sounds like he's drunk told me he wouldn't ring me up for marinara sauce and to leave because he just didn't want to ring up my marinara sauce. Don't come here they probably spit in my pizza and my cookie that took way too long to come out. read more

Papa Johns Pizza - bad service - Pizza Near Me - Grandview, Missouri

Cold pizza. Driver almost dropped the whole pie. I doubt it was even in a heat box. It's a no for me to ever order again. Wish I would've tipped less. I gave 25% read more

I ordered $40 worth of food for a delivery and the driver leaves my food on the ground in the cold doesn't knock nor let me know he or she delivered it. I'm beyond pissed. I'll just go get my food from now on cause this was ridiculous read more

Scheduled a 6:30pm delivery on app at 5:00pm on a Wednesday night, with the obvious understanding that time is an estimate. Received a notification 10 minutes after scheduled delivery time that a doordash driver would be picking up order and estimated delivery was not until 7:23pm. I've worked at a pizza place, no excuse for this experience. No communication from papa murphys and no concern for customer service. read more

I ordered online, got a notification that my pizza was ready, drove down to pick it up, sat in the drive through waiting for someone to notice me, rang the bell for service, and one person looked over and looked away from me, no one ever came to check to see what I needed. Then I parked went inside, took almost 10 minutes for anyone to acknowledge me and I was the only person in the lobby, then one guy that was wearing ear buds came up and had zero customer service asked, "what do you want?" I told him I had a online order and had a notification it was ready, he looks around, walks around the kitchen area, comes back up and then said they have to remake it. Whoever the manager is has zero managerial experience and needs to be fired immediately, if there is no manager(which it didn't look like it since everyone was wearing headphones and not wearing gloves while playing on their phones, and making customers food. Then the owner clearly doesn't care about their customers, their business, sanitation, or customer service. Pathetic way to run a business. read more

Pappa John's Pizza was my go to for delivery pizza for almost 17 years. It always had a great taste and good quality. During the pandemic they started to lose their taste and quality, which I understood because of the circumstances, so I stuck with them until last year around this time. After not ordering from them for almost a year, I decided to give them a try today. I was terribly disappointed at how the quality of their pizza has declined. I ordered the works pizza and an 8 piece garlic parmesan wings. The pizza was garbage and the wings were tasteless. It's hard to find good quality delivery pizza nowadays. I've decided tonight was the last time I'll order from Papa John's. read more

Ordered pizza hour and a half ago for delivery. Failed to tell me they have no delivery drivers after I called to ask where my pizza was. Proceeded to the store to pick up my order. They told me they would remake it because it was sitting for an hour and half... my husband goes to pick it up and it's still not remade just. Old. Pizza. Husband had to then wait an additional 20 mins for them to remake it. Won't be back to this location. read more

I rarely ever leave bad reviews, but this has to be one of them. Ordered pizza at 6 PM, called them almost 2 hours later when my order hadn't arrived. They said it had been delivered to the wrong place. They apologized and put in a new order. Finally, at 9.40 PM, the pizzas arrived, but by then, what's the point? When it's almost been 4 hours, that's incredibly bad service. And yes, I still had to pay with no reimbursement by the manager. And if that wasn't enough, what really bumps this review down to 1 star, along with the aforementioned, is that the pizzas arrived cold. Nope. Time to move on to another Pizza place. read more

I ordered a large half pepperoni and half sausage and they told me It would take 21-51 min and first it shouldn't take more that 30 min to deliver a pizza but yet 51 min and they didn't even deliver it in 51 minutes that large ass pizza took 71 minutes to deliver like wtf did you girlfriend say she was home alone or something cause it should not take 71 minutes to deliver my pizza and let's not even talk about when it got to my house that was colder than yo dead granny and there was one slice missing like what you gonna take a slice and deliver it 20 minutes late to like what and let's not even talk about when I went to the store to make a complaint those mf in there were sagging like they were trying to drop the soap like show some respect were in America and let's not even talk about how the store looked the was rats running through there like it was my trap house. read more

I order delivery from here every other night (actually it's quite embarrassing how often I order). Needless to say, I never get tired of their pizza! They always deliver within the time that they give and are always very friendly. Might not be the best pizza in the world, but it keeps me very satisfied when I'm too lazy to cook. I don't plan on ceasing my orders anytime soon! read more

I placed an order online for this location. My account was charged, that money is gone. THEY say they never received an order. Had me call several other numbers just to get to someone that can SUPPOSEDLY help. They dont see an order and say they cant do ANYTHING. I let them know that my account was charged nearly $50 by Papa Johns. And they say there's NOTHING they can do about it. Papa Johns STEALS from customers and does not care about them at all. WORST customer service interaction i have EVER had. I'm very upset and disappointed by this and will be contacting the BBB as well. read more

Perfect location for when you're waiting for your car to be fixed nextdoor. Been here a few times and staff is ALWAYS pleasant and my food is prepared timely. This specific time was about 15mins prep time, the estimated time alloted. Very happy with my pizza. Thanks guys! read more

Got my delivery kinda late, and it was pretty expensive. All around mediocre experience.

I ordered pizza on the 1/7/15, it took forever to be delivered so I called the store to inquire as to when my pizza would arrive. The individual who answered apologized and told me that for my trouble she would put a credit for a large pizza on my account. She said I would have to call in because it would not be available online. Cool! I was satisfied and with kids a free pizza on a busy night is a nice Ace to have in the stack, right? Wrong! One week later 1/14/15 I call to redeem the free pizza and all of the sudden it has mysteriously disappeared into thin air. They can't even find a record of my order, then they put me on hold as I'm trying to track down the receipt. Found the receipt, called back, and was put on hold three times. Gave them all the info and suddenly they find the order, but still the pizza credit is AWOL. Nothing was offered to correct the situation, but "You can come in tomorrow and talk to the manager." If I have to go through all that, you've lost a customer. I will go in and talk to the manager tomorrow, but Papa John's (at least in Grandview) has lost my business for good. read more
