This is the 2nd time in a week that the delivery person knocked, rang the doorbell, and would not leave without me going to the door and saying it is supposed to be a NO CONTACT order. I had already paid and the order on the Papa johns website even states that ALL delivery orders are now NO contact orders and will be left in a secure loction outside. Condescending manager who took my order and subsequent calls when I wondered why my order was not delivered in any type of timely manner. Order is currently 45 min late on delivery and counting. arrived at this location at 5:23pm today, placed my cheese pizza & brownie order at 5:28pm according to my receipt. Numerous customers came in after me, 3 of them placed their orders like I did and they received their food before me 4 pizzas was 1 customer. I was given my order at 5:56pm. Before I stood/sat down waiting for my order I dropped a $5.00 in for a tip, which I should have taken out after 20 minutes. Front cashier girl was making jokes about everything as she must work in a circus I guess. I called up the Headquarters and lodged a major complaint with them. Never will I ever order from any PapaJohns here or in Massachusetts. Horrible customer service and the manager should be retrained along with his Circus. It was not the food which brought forth these feelings of awe, rather, it was the beauty of the manager, Joseph Tanay. Never have I seen such grace and precision moving throughout a kitchen. Never have I seen such majesty conducting a staff in its time of need. I ordered online and the estimate was 20--30 minutes. I got to the restaurant 30 minutes after ordering. There was one person in front of me in line, which evidently through them for a loop because they could not find his pizza. It had been misplaced either by giving it to the wrong customer or sending it on the delivery. The cashier and apparently some sort of manager were both into the situation. After about five minutes of being puzzled, one of the ladies finally asked for the crew to make a replacement pizza. At that point the other employee finally attempted to help me after the manager sent her down to another register. I paid online and upon signing the receipt I was told my pizza should be out shortly. I asked for some crushed red pepper, and was given one small packet. Upon asking for some more I was told I would have to pay for it. I have never been charged for crushed red pepper at any pizzeria I have ever visited. Most places at least have a pepper shaker that you can use at no charge. I gave the single pepper packet back and told them never mind. Luckily I had some extras from Marco's and Dominos because they give them out freely. At this point it had already been 10 minutes past the maximum time estimate provided. After waiting about five more minutes and looking in the oven and not seeing any pizzas that looked similar to what I had ordered, I got the attention of another employee who looked and found that my pizza have been sitting there since I walked in. The whole staff in the restaurant seemed disorganized / disoriented. This was my first time in several months going here. Even with the good discounts they occasionally provide it is not worth going back. Oh.... And I almost forgot.... I ordered the pizza well-done and if it had been cooked any less I don't think it would've been hot all the way through! read more

Chances are that they are not going to make your pizza the way that you want it. I don't understand why PJ's is so high because their pizza is not that good. Domino's is much better especially if you have a promo code or they have a special going on. Also don't buy Papa John's gift cards because they will rip you off when you go to use them online. read more

A group of friends and myself tried to go in to this store at midnight, the door said they were open until 1am. The door was locked and the man inside waved his hands and shook his head no as to say they were closed. We called to place an order and we were told it was an hour and a half for delivery and they couldn't do it because they closed in an hour. You don't yell and take your anger out at a customer for leaving a bad feedback that you are in the wrong for. That's why there is a thing out there that says customer's are always right. Pick up your phones more often and not keep someone on hold for so long and you wouldn't get that kind of feedback. Just made my choice of places to go to get pizza even less hard. Thanks for that! The people at the restaurant were very nice and welcomed me when I walked through the door. I had no problem ordering my pizza, and even got a little discount! The workers looked like they were working very hard and they made my pizza in only 10-15min. Overall the pizza was great and I really felt like they cared about my business.
