As soon as there is a problem, their true disregard for a customer who has spent over two grand comes out. I paid for them to come out and plant bushes at a rental property. Two of them are dead, two are almost dead and three are doing ok. John promised to replace the two dead ones in ten days. Ten days came and left and now its 3 months later. He already had my money so obviously, this was not a priority to him to fix. Every time I reached out for an ETA, it was always next week. Well finally I got tired of getting the run around and asked for a refund. He agreed and I never received it. After reaching out yet again, I get a PARTIAL refund without the tax and labor that I paid and nothing for the ones on life support. He said since I paid in two installments, he had been gracious enough to me. I asked him what does paying in the installments that HE offered me have to do with anything and of course he gives no response. He still was paid over a thousand dollars in FULL for this job and it looks like crap. As a business owner, I really do understand having jobs backed up and having no employees due to the pandemic, but the blatant disregard for a paid customer's time and being dismissive and rude for no reason is UNNECESSARY. I've had Plumline, Beall's (his relative) and another landscaper quote this job and subsequent jobs and they've all came in wayyyy lower in price and provide wayyyy better all around service. I'm so glad there are better alternatives out here. Buyers proceed with extreme caution with this business.

The staff where very friendly and helpful. as it was basically the end of the season for azalea's there selection was not good. I also felt that there pricing especially on the azalea's where extremely expensive more than double the cost of home depot for similar size. I originally went to Cavacini Landscaping as the Home Depot near me had none left. I ended up leaving and going to another Home depot where I bought azalea's for half the price. Cavacini had a good selection of perennials but again pricey. If I was in a bind I would go back as the plants looked nice and the service was friendly and staff was helpful.

He was delivering shrubs to my neighbor and I asked if they ever haul away branches for a fee. He agreed to help me out and was so positive to deal with even though it was a large amount of stuff for him to haul. I asked about the business and he said he and his brother are excited to continue the business with their dad who has been around for 32 years. I couldn't believe how nice and willing he was to help me! I'm looking forward to visiting their nursery to get plants for my new yard. My daughter's wedding was on October 28th. We were hunting live mums for decorating. We called MULTIPLE local nurseries. No one was willing to help, commenting that we could purchase what was left at the end of the season. As I continued down my list, I called best feeds on Wildwood. I had great experiences there before. I was shocked when the gentleman that answered the phone said to stop in and that they could certainly do something for me!!! He introduced me to two female staff members who were experts in matching colors, mums that bloomed later in the season, and sizes that I would need for each space. They also taught us how to make the blooms open at just the right time. The day of pick up they were all organized on a rack and ready to go. Can't say enough about the plant knowledge that the staff possesses. I really won't shop anywhere else for my plant needs moving forward. The one problem I had was there where virtually no customer sales help at all and after about 15 minutes I gave up and decided to leave. In the entire time I was there not one sales person came up to me and asked if they could help me find something???????? For me that is poor customer service even if they have nice plants and trees and a huge selection customer service should always be #1.
