I tried hard not to judge a book by the cover and let them do the work. This was a huge mistake, for the $175 that they charged us, they literally shoveled dust around from one place to another and did an atrocious job. So bad that I had to hire another cleaning person to come clean after them and make the house presentable. To make matters worst, the cleaning "crew" lead kept harassing me every 15 minutes about leaving her a tip. She kept saying "are you leaving that tip in cash or card" I told her to stop asking for tips, it wasn't happening. Bottom line, Don't let these hustlers anywhere near your home or your belongings.

At lunch my husband went out to the house and Emily was not there. We texted her and called her and she did not answer and blocked our numbers. I asked Thumbtack to remove her from their app and I believe they have. She is completely unreliable, unprofessional and inconsiderate. I see she now has a website for her company and has 5 reviews that are 5 star. These have to be friend or family member to her and not actual customers.
