(While on my roof for the initial estimate, Kevin also noticed a seal that was dry rotted and brought that to my attention as something to fix as well which I really appreciated) So we had to replace our gutters. We switched from 5in to 6in. Every step of the process was done promptly and professionally. Every member of the team I dealt with were friendly and helpful. Even after the initial install when I needed one minor correction, I never felt worried that I was being blown off or lesser priority. I was not charged for the service until it was done to my complete satisfaction. Our new gutters are fantastic and look really nice too. Don't trust these guys. We had overflowing gutters. All…read moreSeason Gutters assured us of a remedy. Their method was inferior, incomplete, and ineffective. They did not fulfill their obligations and our gutters still overflowed. We had to do the job ourselves. We were misinformed. We were misled. And then they lied to us. To date, they have not made a good faith effort to rectify the issue. Ironic, since their website promises to "provide the best customer service from beginning to end." Consider a more professional company that will do a complete job ... for a lot less money too. As further evidence, this is how All Season Gutters describes itself on its website: "A+ Ratings at the BBB." Actually, if you check the Better Business Bureau website, you'll find that All Season Gutters is not affiliated with the BBB, and has a rating of C+, not A+ as the company claims. This is what is said about such a low rating: "C+ through C- means that there are significant issues with the company's practices and you should proceed with caution if you choose to do business with them." Don't trust these guys.

I had new gutters and gutter helmet installed three years ago. I used a professional company, paid…read morea decent price, and thought I could relax about one thing on my older home. With heavy rains this spring, I started to see water damage inside my home in my dining room (on an outside wall). I called a trusted roofer thinking it was the roof but only to find out it was the gutters/gutter helmet. He showed me by using a hose as we watched the water fly over the gutters. The gutter helmet didn't allow the water to go into the gutter but behind it and over it. It damaged the siding, wore away the mortar on the bricks, and damaged a large window outside. Inside I had to have my entire wall tore out. Base plate, insulation, paneling, flooring, all had to be replaced. I had to deal with mold and mildew as well. When I called them to come and look at it, they came, they argued with me until my carpenter showed up. At that point, they finally agreed to do as I asked and rehung the gutter, along with a spacer behind it (as I had requested in the beginning), fixed a bad corner that clearly wasn't coped in or sealed correctly, all while still stating their product worked. Doing a water test with the hose, when I got home, after they said it was fixed, the water still did not go into the gutter! They never checked! We ended up tearing off the gutter helmet and will probably have to rehang the gutter higher and put on new screening to keep the leaves out. I will have to tear off the gutter helmet other places on the house and rehang the gutter as well before more damage occurs. I thought they were experts. They were not. This is a cautionary tail for others. Do not think that just because they have an advertised company and can talk a big talk that they know what they are doing. They clearly did not. This was an expensive lesson to learn. Please be warned.

Long nails, shredded metal, downspouts, and general debris. After following up to be sure clean up was included, we let them know about the mess that was left. These huge nails were where our dogs go outside & where our children play. When we let them know, they took almost a week to get back to us, no apology or phone call, and a canned email response with a whopping fifty dollar "clean up fee" discount. If you're looking for sloppy work with no customer service, use this company. If you're looking for a company who takes pride in their services and provides actual customer service, keep on looking. Update: The Gutter Guys never attempted to call us between us waiting on a response & the canned email response with the $50 refund. They are simply lucky that my two dogs did not go outside and end up with a nail in their foot. Of COURSE I picked up the shards of metal and nails from the ENTIRE PERIMETER OF MY HOME immediately. It wasn't until I posted the review that the owner called my husband. He was INCREDIBLY rude, pretentious and dismissive. I stand behind my negative review and money refunded was never the goal, which is why $50 or $500 wont pay to remove my review (which was their goal "what will it take for you to take the review down?" Which is why my husband threw out a ridiculous number. I will continue to share with my friends and local community the incredibly poor experience we had with this company.

My experience with American Remodeling started at the Corvettes of Carlisle show where a…read moresalesperson gave me a flyer for discount. We had been talking about remodeling our main bathroom shower for years, and finally decided to pursue the job with this company. We thought "Bald Nick" as he called himself, was a fairly good salesperson, and so we signed a contract with the company thinking we were going to get a great product, a good construction crew (not subs but their own staff) and we would be thrilled with the outcome. Well, the crew was great and did a very professional job all the way through. But what we ordered and what we got are night and day, and we totally are disappointed with the end result. We talked about a white base for the shower, but then I told "B. Nick" that no we wanted it to match the beautiful colored walls that we chose. We needed to look at the fine print on the contract. And the crew worked with the door closed, bringing items in from the garage to the bathroom so we didn't see the white base until the walls were all installed. We ordered a rain drop glass shower door that would open wide like our previous door so at our ages we could be prepared for a shower chair and wheelchair access at the outside of the shower. No, they didn't tell us they didn't have it and the crew began to install a sliding clear glass door that would have been horrible. Luckily we caught that just after the installed the metal rails. They took the rails out, filled the holes so they could still be seen, and left after a conversation with the York office team. And the crew told us our door couldn't be ordered and we'd have to accept what they had. No way for a job that cost over $20,000!!! So the Corporate contact said yes the door could be ordered, and we would have it within a week. We have another shower to use so that was not an issue. But then the company had the crew drive almost 2 hours to go to Lowes, pick up a shower bar, shower curtain and clips to put in our shower for the week until the door appeared. Low and behold the door we got has the raindrop but it is not a wide door, but one on swivel hinges and extends almost a foot into the shower itself when it opens. Again, not what we were presented when "B. Nick" was selling us the product, not what we saw in his materials, and not what he guaranteed when he looked at our old shower set up that we would have in the new door. Another "bait and switch" contractor, another very disappointing experience. Do we like what we have now..... of course as it is an improvement. Do we love what we have now to give a five star rating to this company? Absolutely not. Beware and check every piece of materials you believe you have ordered before it gets installed. Again, our installer crew was fabulous. But it was not what we ordered, and not what we wanted in the end.
