She advised me that I would have to bring the shoes into the store before a decision to replace the shoes could be made. My husband and I went to the store and Jennifer was the most professional person I've dealt with in a long time. She agreed there was a manufacturing problem with the shoe and replaced them. It was a very smooth transaction. My husband then looked at other shoes and we purchased a very nice pair. At the register Jennifer noticed my husband was a veteran and we received a veteran discount. We did not know of that perk for being a patron of the store, but we were happy to receive that discount. We buy our shoes there often and have always been satisfied with the products. It was a delight to deal with Jennifer. Thank you!

I understand that security is important, but this was overkill. I may close my Kohl's card sad to say. How dare you treat my family this way? I will not be setting foot inside the store from now on.

We're not talking generic stuff either, the skirt and one of the tops were calvin kline and i saw a gucci purse there (not my style, but it was in great shape and has a great price). The best part about this place, however, is how the proceeds go to various community projects and scholarships. Quick Rundown: Atmosphere: 5/5 - nice little boutique vibe - reminds me of some of the vintage shops i once frequented when i lived in Los Angeles. The music was a perfect mix of pop/rock from the 80s/90s/00s and wasn't so loud you couldn't think. Staff: 5/5 Super sweet, and very helpful. They offered to get a room ready for me once they saw the number of items i was carrying about (probably thought i had lost my mind - which i suppose i had what with those prices). Parking/Location: 5/5 It's right on College Ave. It has a large parking lot and is easily within walking distance of Elmira College, Jimmy Johns, and the equally fabulous Yeni's ice cream parlor. Get there during one of their amazing dollar days and I bet you too will quickly be a convert! :)

You don't come to Dicks Sporting Goods for the sales or the discounts (even on Black Friday)…read more It'll always be cheaper somewhere else. But they have just about everything you'd want for athletic equipment, hunting gear, shoes, and active wear. This store has an especially nice and large section of Syracuse University clothing and memorabilia. The only major complaint is the checkouts. They are DESIGNED to produce long and ungainy lines. Even on a slow day, you're likely to wait 10 minutes to check out. This design does, however, make you feel like the only customer in the store when you ARE actually checking out.

I headed straight to the clearance racks initially which are usually a total mess. Not only are they super clean and organized at the store, but they had sizes up to 5x and they were all in the correct spots. When was the last time it took you less than 5 minutes to go through the entire clearance rack? I couldn't believe it. I tried on half a dozen items and left with an outfit for under $20 in less than 45 minutes. I don't know about anyone else got ta but that is my ideal shopping experience! Oh! And I used the restroom (which was nice and clean) in that time as well. This is the best Kohls I have personally visited and I'm from CA btw!

Of the many Burlington's I've visited, this is the cleanest and most organized I've ever been to…read more With many of their stores, the layout is pretty typical, each of their departments in its designated area, and selections at great prices. I found some items here to catch my eye, mainly the men's button-downed shirts, with a variety and style that I haven't seen before. I don't stop at Burlington on a frequent basis, which probably explains there are new products. Spending a lot time of viewing each department, I found by surprised to see the public restroom closed and also the fitting rooms closed. It's definitely temporary, but why could that be?! As I was checking out, I even complimented the cashier on how great the store looked. She thanked me, which is awesome to see.
