The manager was a creepy person who smoked cigars and made uncomfortable awkward comments in the parking lot. At one point he told me I should go home with him to learn some manners. I think this was because I wasn't able to tie a tie or I wanted the pant legs longer, something trivial. Regardless, not appropriate. Writing this review 3 years later should be an indicator about how strongly and certain I feel about this establishment. Perhaps the CEO should rethink his anti-background checking policy. I headed straight to the clearance racks initially which are usually a total mess. Not only are they super clean and organized at the store, but they had sizes up to 5x and they were all in the correct spots. When was the last time it took you less than 5 minutes to go through the entire clearance rack? I couldn't believe it. I tried on half a dozen items and left with an outfit for under $20 in less than 45 minutes. I don't know about anyone else got ta but that is my ideal shopping experience! Oh! And I used the restroom (which was nice and clean) in that time as well. This is the best Kohls I have personally visited and I'm from CA btw!

We're not talking generic stuff either, the skirt and one of the tops were calvin kline and i saw a gucci purse there (not my style, but it was in great shape and has a great price). The best part about this place, however, is how the proceeds go to various community projects and scholarships. Quick Rundown: Atmosphere: 5/5 - nice little boutique vibe - reminds me of some of the vintage shops i once frequented when i lived in Los Angeles. The music was a perfect mix of pop/rock from the 80s/90s/00s and wasn't so loud you couldn't think. Staff: 5/5 Super sweet, and very helpful. They offered to get a room ready for me once they saw the number of items i was carrying about (probably thought i had lost my mind - which i suppose i had what with those prices).
