Typical rip off Airport merchant, where you pay twice the price for a barely edible sandwich. The drinks are the price of a good beer & weary travellers are snoozing/dribbling/snoring at the table next to you. At least the staff are polite enough as they overcharge you. I did notice that the 'ovens' where they melt your 'tasty' melted sandwiches, are in great need of a decent cleaning. You could build a dirt man out of the crud in there. But needs must & you're not going to find decent dining options at an airport are you? read more

Harsh airport reviews of a lot of cranky customers on here! I would half to disagree with a lot of reviews I think this fast food airport spot is great. I'm taking off a star for cleanliness but it's somewhat understandable because there's hardly time in between someone getting up from a table and the next person trying to sit down. In a busy cafeteria style seat yourself style restaurant clean tables is often difficult to achieve. Perhaps hiring someone to just clean up the sit down portion would satisfy a lot of people here at the Brussels airport. For now if you don't like to clean up before you eat, it might be best to take your sandwich to the gate or on the plane. As far as the food goes I think the quality of ingredients surpasses your run of the mill airport sandwich. The bread and ham were very fresh and they had lots of condiments at your disposal to make your sandwich as you like. My 6'8 very hungry brother had the ham and cheese croissant, chocolate croissant, and crispy chicken sandwich with fresh lettuce, tomato's, and mayo. He loved everything so much that he contemplated going back for more! Is it the best sandwich or pastry place in the world? Absolutely not But the ingredients are fresh and tasty, and the service was friendly and quick. Not much more I can ask for at a fast food place in the airport. Microwave pizza at your fingertips. Stopped into Panos during a quick layover while waiting for my flight to Dubrovnik. Ordered a Belgian waffle, salami pizza, and cappuccino for my wife and I to share. I honestly feel like bagel bites produces a better pizza product than Panos. The waffle was fine, but we were really hungry so who knows what that means. Plenty of table space available throughout if you have a large group and need somewhere to sit. read more

Despite plenty staff the waiting time was long, warm food wasn't warm an tables and seats were dirty. Still it's Panos so basic food quality was fine. --- some time later Still mostly the same; good products, fairly priced, organisation is better, but it still is not clean ... Bit dirty even.
