Great food but pricy. Cost about 15 euros each for a meal. Got the steak and my buddy got the wraps with spicy sauce. They have a bathroom downstairs that you can use if you paid for food or you can walk in for one euro to use the bathroom. Very limited seating area. read more

I was very hungry going here and was a little skeptical with the reviews that it wasn't a lot of food. They were wrong. A donar wrap is only 4.80€ and it was a good portion. I'm no longer a skinny guy, so I can eat a lot. This was a very good amount of food for the price. Not to mention the quality! It was very very good. The wrap was likely freshly made daily and it was perfectly soft. All of the ingredients worked well together to make it a great meal. read more

As far as I can tell it's family owned business since the same people are always there since I've been visiting over the last several years. Like most places very small but you can get "take out". They understand English so ordering is no issue. It's always crowded, I stopped by around 1500 today and there wasn't a seat. For a little under 8 euros you can add a drink and huge fries with your choice of sauce which they put in a container, which is nice. They do have a WC down some steps. If you're not a customer hand over 1 euro and you can use it. So bottom line; the food and service has been consistently good over the years, recommended. read more

It may not have a particularly interesting interior design, but no matter: it's the high standards and reasonable prices here that keep the regulars like me happy. The Kefta or falafel durums are perfect. I especially recommend the Iskender kebab. Service is great too and the place is virtually open all day providing a perfect ending to a night of Pluxing. read more

I ate a cheesburger at Snack de Luxe and have to say I had eaten better one. Maybe other meals are better, but I just ate this one. Also hygiene is quite questionable to me, as they just put the sandwiches on a metal table and put the ingredients in it. I came here, thinking that this would be the best kebab place around the EU area, based on all these reviews, and, boy, I was wrong. First of all, the kebab is simply....not good. It was tiny with very little meat, that was stuffed in the bottom and covered with a mountain of salad with almost no dressing at all. I asked for feta cheese and I got maybe two cubes of it. The fries were delicious, I'll give them that. Secondly, it is simply too expensive for what you get. I paid 8 euros for a kebab meal, which is your usual price in Copenhagen, but honestly, I would not have paid more than 3.50, had I known what Chez Bal means by a ''kebab''. Basically, this is the place you can go to when everything else around you is closed, you're starving and not particularly picky. The staff is quick, speaks decent English (which may be a problem in Brussels) and you'll get your overpriced, mediocre kebab in less than 10 minutes. read more
