Eventually they ask for help to move one massage table into another room. We confirmed for 30 min feet / 30 min body massage with the lady on the phone as well as in person multiple times. We receive a 60 min body only massage, no feet. After explaining to both massage therapists, they're response was "oh, you have to tell us that before. you're all done." I again explained that we have confirmed both feet and body massage over 4 times with them. She tells me "Oh, next time. All done." This was very disappointing and they did not seem to care at all.

Extremely frustrating and a complete waste of my time. If someone calls ahead and you tell them to come at a specific time, WRITE THEIR NAME DOWN or make it clear that the spot isn't being held.

I genuinely appreciate them taking the time to reach out, acknowledge my concerns, and make things right. Thank you for taking my feedback seriously and addressing the situation. I get massages frequently, and this was one of the most disappointing experiences I've had. The massage began with Lynn placing a blanket over me even though I was already covered by a sheet. She then proceeded to glide her hands over the top of the blanket, explaining that she was warming up my back and getting the circulation going. The contact was so minimal that it was practically pointless. In all my years of receiving massages, I have never experienced a warm-up like this. I specifically requested more pressure, and when she continued using such light pressure, I told her during the massage that she needed to press harder. Even after I communicated this directly, she still did not adjust the pressure to meet my request. I had already been experiencing significant shoulder discomfort before the appointment and made her aware of that. When she worked on my shoulder, the technique consisted largely of pressing hard with her thumbs directly into knots, with little variation in technique. Rather than helping, the massage exacerbated my existing shoulder problem. My arms and legs received little attention, and the finger-pulling technique at the end of the session felt ineffective and poorly executed. Overall, the massage lacked the technique, coverage, and responsiveness I expect from a professional massage service. I communicated my needs, both before and during the appointment, yet they were not adequately addressed. I left feeling worse than when I arrived.
