He spent about an hour on the phone with us explaining everything there was to know about the loan process and how things work. The information that he shared was very easy to comprehend; he really wanted to make sure that we understood everything we were getting into. Next, since this was our second home and the first was now a rental, there was a TON of out of the box thinking. We had to show income and debts for the rental, battle a high DTI caused by the rental house loan, student loans, and car loans. Grant really came through for us. He spent the time up front to talk to his contacts and made sure that we would be able to qualify for the loan we were seeking prior to even seeing any properties. He takes communication and organization very seriously. Additionally, he also worked seamlessly with the sellers once our offer was accepted on a property. It's also pertinent to note that our offer was accepted while Grant was on vacation. He answered all of my calls and was incredibly responsive during his personal vacation. Additionally, although he wasn't required to be present during the signing of the final loan documents, Grant was there to make sure everything processed smoothly. Grant is personable, trustworthy, and will work tirelessly to make sure everything runs smoothly. I highly recommend Grant!

If you don't like to be ignored, disrespect by someone and scam by agents like her then you should stay very far away from this company and agent like her. My advice will definitely save your precious time and your money . I didn't pay the amount she tried to scam us. Thanks
