Low Carb, Gluten Free & Keto including heat & serve options to help keep your time maintenance and diet on track... Now I will say this... if you are not used to this lifestyle.. or have not attempted to TASTE different foods of a low carb/gluten/keto lifestyle.. you may say the options need more SALT.. however for me the items we tasted - were delicious!! We tried the Chicken Buffalo Dip, Egg Salad, Pepperoni dip & Spinach Dip.. We also had the crostini's in garlic parmigiana flavor & rosemary thyme flavor.. 20-25 in the pack totaling 4g of carbs!! Many many sweet-tooth varieties as well as house made condiments too.. I was really impressed with the food quality & quantity.. & suggested if Belden Village doesn't want them.. come to SOUTH CAROLINA!! My go-to lunch spot during work week. They have many different options to pick from and add new specials each month. The food is healthy and satisfying which is rare to find these days. When I go back to work, I feel energized (not tired). Service is also fast and staff is friendly. This may be my new favorite restaurant! First let's talk about the restaurant (and store) itself, then the staff, and then we'll get to the best part... the food! I had been thinking about trying this place for a few weeks, and when I went to their website, I found out they had an app. So I downloaded it and looked through their menu. I am fasting and was going to break my fast when the sun went down. So after work, I ordered through the app and headed down to get my order. The restaurant is more like a diner or corner bistro, and it also has both refrigerator and shelf sections, like a small store, so you can hop in there and buy whatever you want to eat, buy things for eating at home or ingredients that may help you prepare your own low-carb/keto meals at home. All their items are made in-house, so you know you are getting quality! They also have a chef on-site to prepare any hot meals you order through the app or order in-person. They cater to those who are on the Keto, Paleo, and Low-Carb diets, as well as those with Type 2 Diabetes. Any food you order will be under 10 net carbs (net carbs are total carbs minus the insoluble fiber). There is nothing on the menu that will spike your blood-sugar! Even the candy treats are low-carb and sugar-free! The restaurant and store itself are very clean! That is a huge plus in my book! Nobody wants to eat at a place where the dining area or the kitchen is dirty. The staff is super friendly and welcoming! They are helpful and want you to enjoy your experience there. They give you recommendations if you are unsure of what to order. You can tell that it is a great place to work! Now let's talk about the food! When you order a sandwich or burger or other entrée item, you get an included side. And it's not the usual inexpensive "French fries" or "potato chips" that you get at other restaurants. No, no, no! For NO additional charge, you can pick from one of the following amazing sides: Keto Fries, Coleslaw, Low-Carb Mac & Cheese, Broccoli Salad, Country Green Beans, Fried Brussel Sprouts, Cauliflower Rice (Cilantro Lime, Spanish, or Plain), Salad (with either Ranch, Bleu Cheese, or Basil Vinaigrette dressing), or a Cup of Soup (Broccoli Cheese or Soup Du Jour). I ordered the Mushroom Swiss Burger with Fried Brussel Sprouts as my side, and additionally a cup of Broccoli Cheddar soup. Everything was made fresh on the spot for me (the soup is made fresh daily, at the start of the day). The burger was delicious! Completely filling and very tasty! I was also impressed with the low-carb bun! Whenever I've made low-carb bread, it's always been hit or miss. Sometimes breads can be either grainy or way to heavy and feel like a brick in your stomach. But this bun was tasty and had the perfect texture! The Fried Brussel Sprouts were delish and I would definitely get them again! It's hard to decide, but I think my favorite thing of all was the Broccoli Cheddar Soup! It is far better than the pre-made frozen soups that Panera Bread heats up for their customers! This soup was rich, thick, and totally low-carb! They also gave me a free sample of their low-carb Buckeye candies, and it tasted even better than the sugary options found everywhere! Even if you are not on a Keto, Paleo, or Low-Carb diet, you should still check this restaurant out because their food is fantastic and healthy! I've been in a few times and I'm sold on this place. I am likely to become a regular. The T-Rex burger is outstanding. I barely could tell I was eating a keto burger.....the bun was just that good. Evrything I've bought here has been solid. I think that the burgers and meals you order are reasonably priced. I believe the burger might have been about 13-14 bucks and it comes with a side. Keto fries were outstanding. Macaroni and cheese wasn't bad, but wasn't my favorite. But for keto- not disappointing at all. The pricing for these hot foods is on par with any other fast-casual restaurant. Some of the grocery items for sale are expensive, but many of them are well worth it. I highly recommend the coffee cake. Yum. Salted caramel butter bar: Wowza! Out of this world. Not as crazy about the cupcakes, but it's okay- there are plenty of other things that are absolutely scrumptious here. read more

They sell pumpkin and chocolate rolls that are low carb and use monk fruit or other sugars that are low glycemic. They also sell donuts, cupcakes and other products that are low carb. They serve food as well taking into account the keto low carb lifestyle. We met the owner when they were at the Hartville Marketplace. We went there first this year and found out they moved. Of course we had to drive and check out his new place. This man lives by example, he lost a lot of weight and now lives a healthier lifestyle. He now shares his achievements via his business. So get ready to go back home with your low carb haul of products. By the way we bought the low carb pumpkin roll and served it as dessert and everyone loved it! Absolutely amazing! Never really tried anything keto friendly, so this was my first experience. Was extremely impressed and loved my first cauliflower rice experience! The owner is great and very knowledgeable. I love that he knows and greets everyone that comes through the door. At the bistro, I had the burger and fries, so tasty. The patties are made with ground chuck and brisket, so good!Then, before I left, I shopped at the market and took home some goodies! I bought keto waffles, but have not tried them yet! I stopped In last weekend and boy am I glad I did. The owner of this location happened to be there and he is just an incredible guy. He Spent time walking me through many of the items, explained a bit about the diet, and was just authentic, knowledgeable, and friendly. The other employees were terrific as well. The made to order food is delicious - I ordered their sausage dish and a mushroom and pepperoni pizza on cauliflower crust, both were fantastic. I also brought home parmesan cheese crisps, Buffalo chicken cheese dip, flax seed ships - and a few other items, all of which had nearly net zero carbs and all were delicious. Okay I been on keto for a few months and I didn't eat for a day maybe longer, started getting crazy sick 10am at work but didn't want to break will power. 4pm rolls around and I find this place on the map, a godsend. Staved, dizzy and confused I order a hamburger ahead of time pulled in payed go to the car and de freaking voured that burger. Absolutely amazing food! The no-sugar, low carb creations that Jeff and his team create are fantastic. My wife and I order from here at least twice a month and have never had a disappointing meal. Besides restaurant-style food, there's also a pantry and freezer of things to make at home, as well as full array of desserts. I originally started going to Pangea to pickup sweets for my stepdad who has a sweet tooth, but also diabetes. I went for my first time today. There does seem to be a decent selection of entrees, snacks and desserts but the pricing is super high. The food is okay so far but nothing too special. I purchased three frozen meals for almost $12 each and it consisted of a hand full of green beans, a slice of ham and a small chicken breast. The dips and the cupcakes are really good but also over priced. I would suggest to the owner to re-evaluate the pricing. Keto eating is costly enough but it's way below their pricing. read more
