I absolutely love going to the Fresh Thyme Farmers Market and it was great that Canton had one. However, the store was a bit of a disappointment unfortunately. Even though the store was open for a few more hours all the hot food was gone and off the shelves. The store was half empty with their selection of items. I will say that this location is also pretty quiet too. Plenty of common grocery items that you can expect to find here as well. Solid selection of organic items. Prices can be a bit high as well. They have Boar Head and I got this salt water taffy there that was great. Also their fresh meat section was great.

It's expensive. All three employees I interacted with were rude, not knowledgeable, didn't make eye contact let alone smile, and one walked away on me, passing me off to someone else with a 'can you just help her?' There's a sign saying $10 off if you sign up for their app but they put you off saying it takes a really long time to fill out the online forms. They have paper bags, apparently, but by default used plastic, double bagging everything and only putting in a couple of items per bag so you end up with like 30 fricking plastic bags!!! I couldn't find the fresh bread. They were completely out of common things like cilantro. read more

Used to love the store but the service at the deli has been so slow... plus, the coupons they used to offer have ceased to exist on the app. Maybe once they realized people wouldn't be going back to Earthfare after it reopened like they once did ... were loyal and they didn't need to issue incentives like coupons. You get everything that was on sale the week before, plus whats currently on sale, for being fresh, whole and organic some of their prices beat out the big chain stores and I love that, I have recently lost 41 lbs eating whole foods and its been a stretch trying to shop at different places to look for TRULY wholesome ingredients and this place is a one-stop shop. They literally have everything no matter what "diet" or lifestyle of eating you maintain, from Gluten free, to all natural, organic grass-fed, low carb, etc. they have it all. Prices aren't the cheapest, but I love all the options for healthy & organic food. I recently started turning my health around and this has become one of my go to spots for getting healthy food, produce, vitamins, etc. Would highly recommend if you don't mind spending a little more than Marc's or Walmart. read more

I really appreciated the price and quality of the food when the store first opened, but I've been disappointed lately. I've bought Campari tomatoes that were moldy by the next day. I bought almond milk that I found to be expired by 4 months when I got it home. And yesterday (11/16/2018) I bought a frozen pizza. After I took the pizza from the oven today, I saw that the "best if used by" date was 11/06/2018. This is pretty unacceptable in general, but doubly so for a store with "fresh" in the name. I had heard much about the new "organic" market chain in the area, so I thought I would take a trip there and check it out. It reminds me greatly of the Sprouts Farmer's Market chain in the southwest, both in layout and in its shortcomings. First off, they seem to have more non-organic produce than organic. What organic they had was in deplorable condition. I needed some kale, but what they had was both yellowing and wilted. If I had something like it in my refrigerator, I'd be throwing it out! As for other products, they have way too many non-organic items. Yes, Earth Fare, Whole Foods and Mustard Seed have some. But Fresh Thyme even has products from companies (Bob Evans for one) that I would hardly trust for providing healthy options. They seem to be much closer to a Giant Eagle than to a Whole Foods. I can get that anywhere. One final note.....they have things set up in the bakery such that you have to slice your own bread. I'm not against the idea of "do it yourself", but this seems like a real sanitary issue. After handling their shopping cart, I really don't want to be handling a loaf of bread with my bare hands. All in all, I have to say that Fresh Thyme has a lot of changes to make to bring me back in as a customer. I left after seeing the wilted kale and I doubt I'll be back for a long time. read more

Fresh Thyme practices "Bait and Switch". They run ads with a front page of several items at an unbelievable low price. When you get there ... "sorry, we're all out!" I have been there on 4 random days at random times, and its always the same ... "we're out". "But why don't you shop around (since you are already here), and buy our other stuff that is way over-priced!" What a scam! read more

I used to come here to the deli for lunch. Sandwiches were great, and the staff was good in the past. Last couple times, the staff has been agonizingly slow. Today was the worst. I go up to counter and there are 2 women working. One is putting away bakery items (ok that's fine) and the other was slicing cheese. I stood there like an idiot for minutes, then the slicer finally acknowledged me. She said "I'll be with you in a minute". Ok...she finally finishes that cheese, wraps it up, puts out newly sliced cheeses and proceeds to unwrap and start on another! I was the ONLY customer there! I'm done with them! Seems like they have hired a bunch of ignorant young girls! I deleted their app & will be going somewhere else in future! read more

Cool place. Some things were a bit pricey but. They were price competitive of others. Huge variety.

This was my second experience at Fresh Thyme. The fresh hamburger was great. The banana nut bread from the bakery was awful. There was no banana flavor whatsoever. It was a bread with nuts. Very disappointing. Not going to purchase from the bakery again. read more

It's not a bad grocery store if you don't mind the prices keep in mind they are considered to be an organic grocery store. They have meats that are antibiotic free which is great! I moved from New York and it's been difficult to find antibiotic free meats at a local giant eagle. They have a large variety of veggies and fruits that other stores don't carry so moving from a city that has everything and anything to here with grocery stores only carry your basic fruits and veggies I really appreciate it but I think it's worth the money if you are willing to spend it. They have so many vitamins and supplements and homeopathic medicine which is great. read more

Great store for organic choices. We go there twice a week and enjoy the low prices. Some of the produce, mainly the lettuces, are hit and miss. It seems to be wilted often, and I haven't had luck getting good quality kale. Hopefully they solve this. The meat, seafood, and deli products are great and the selection of whole grain/wheat products is the best in the area. Overall, a great addition to the high price grocery stores in the area (They even beat out Aldi's). read more
