This Panera location is my go-to for a quick and consistently yummy lunch when I'm out running errands. The service is friendly and the food is well made and consistent. There is plenty of seating and tons of natural light through big windows. There are plenty of places to sit and plug in a lap top or tablet and comfy chairs, tables, and booths. Even when it's busy the food comes out fairly fast. Not sure what else can be said for a chain sandwich shop, other than this location is better than some. read more

I'm on the fence about this location. On one hand, it's way better than any time I've ever been to the Seekonk location, but that's not saying an awful lot, either. Husband, kid, and I stopped in here after grocery shopping because someone mentioned they'd forgotten to feed the kid an actual lunch and she was starving. Faced with a choice between this or McFood, we went here. I love the add a pastry for 99¢ promotion they're having right now. Most of the good pastries were gone when we got there, but I digress. I had baked potato soup and half a chicken caesar sandwich, the husband had their chicken stew and Thai something salad, and the kid had a turkey and cheese on tomato-basil, plus the additional pastries. The baked potato soup is pretty much a sure bet. It always tastes the same and I haven't had a bad cup of it. It's never actually hot, which is kind of sad, but it's still filling. I'm a little baffled by the chicken caesar sandwich. It contained a piece of lettuce, a couple slices of tomatoes, some red onions, and the sliced chicken that goes into a lot of their sandwiches on three cheese bread. It was good, don't get me wrong, but I'd never have guessed what it was supposed to be. The kid's sandwich was a-ok; I love that you get yoghurt with kids' meals. So why is this a two star review instead of three? My husband's meal bordered on inedible and he'll eat pretty much anything. It's never good when the first thing he says, upon tasting, is "Do you think it's okay if I eat this if the chicken is frozen?" No, honey, you'll probably survive if you eat it, but that doesn't make it okay. The counter staff did remake the salad for him and he said it was edible. I'm a bit disappointed that the manager didn't bother stopping over, like they do in most of the other Paneras I've had my food messed up in, just as a courtesy check. I don't want much, just apologise for said mistake and find out if everything else is okay. Assure me it won't happen again (I promise, I'll pretend to believe you). Maybe I hit an off day since it looks like other posters have had much, much better luck. read more

I have zero complaints about Panera. I'm a fan of the pick 2 lunch. I'm also a fan of the anything from the baked goods section for a buck. The coffee and teas are great. The soup, salad, pasta, and sandwiches are all good too. They have a rewards program too. read more

I love Panera! As a health and fitness enthusiast I love the fact that everything has the calories next to it! I am also obsessed with their hazelnut coffee! Panera is a great place to just have some alone time and relax with a book when you have some time to kill. The staff here are very nice and hard working too. 5 stars. read more

Panera Bread - Coffee, a great book, and a warm fire!! :-D - Sandwiches Near Me - Warwick, Rhode Island

I used to love panera. Everytime i come to this location i am greeted with trouble. Ive had to get my own food twice. each time my soup was luke warm. The workers are usually chatting it up, instead of doing their job. Ive asked for a new, hot soup, and was directed to a microwave. Many times ive had stuff remade. But today i was not brought my food and when i picked it up my soup was warm and my sandwhich was all bread with one peace of steak. I complained and was told that was a portion and was left to be gawked at by the girl in a red shirt, until i left back to my seat. Every booth was filthy and staff was not busy or helpful in the least. Wont be back to this location. Reservoir ave is better! read more

Panera Bread - Sorry its half eaten i was hungry lol - Sandwiches Near Me - Warwick, Rhode Island

I like Panera and I like the choices that they have. It used to be years ago that they would give you a salad when you ordered it that you thought was really healthy but when you looked up the calories they were outrageous. They have really gone above and beyond to create salads that can be really healthy. You can choose to have the calories or not but at least they make it easy to find out what you're eating and what is in it. Also their soups and sandwiches are as delicious as ever but again you could make much more healthy choices because you can be knowledgeable about what you're ordering. They include the nutrition information on the menu and it's up to you to make the choices which I love. I also love the curbside delivery. You just order your food pull up give your license plate and they bring the food out to you. Always good and fresh and they've gone a long way to improve which I really appreciate read more

I'm a huge fan of Panera as it's the only fast food place I'll frequent. This one is located next to the Trader Joe's; very convenient with tons of parking! The lines move much more efficiently at this location compared to the one near Garden City. And I adore the fireplace. So warm, so cozy. Come, use the free wi-fi, have a cinnamon crunch bagel with honey walnut cream cheese, then head over to TJs for your grocery shopping. read more

I stopped into Panera for lunch today to get my all time favorite salad the Asian Sesame Chicken Salad. The whole salad is 400 calories if you get the full size and the salad dressing (which is included in that figure for those who care) is delicious. It has these fried wanton strips and almonds for texture *swoon* I could gush about the salad all day. Today I got the half size of the salad as well as the black bean soup since they have a great you pick 2 deal. This was the first time I tried the soup and I will not be getting it again. The taste was OK but the soup itself was thick like mud and I just couldn't get past the consistency. I have had great soups at Panera before so this one just wans't their best. There was a very short line, very friendly service and quick food preparation. I had my lunch to go today but the restaurant does have plenty of sitting room if you wanted to eat there. The sitting area is casual you grab your food choose your own seat and enjoy. Panera has both a cafe and a bakery so you can really go in there for anything from breakfast to dessert and you will find something you like. They also have pretty delicious frozen coffee drinks(they are not so calorie friendly but whatever, am I right) I am a big fan of their website too, they have all the nutritional info on there for those who need it in an easy to use meal tracker. They also explain all your bread options etc. Really a wealth of information if you want to come in prepared check it out. If you don't that is ok too but be prepared to be overwhelmed by all the awesome choices you have at Panera. Happy eating everyone. PS they have a My Panera card now so you can get points and bonus drinks, pastry etc just for being a frequent customer. I do love a good rewards program. This one is a little different, I'm not sure how the points work but it is always a surprise when they tell me what I can get for free this time around. I like little surprises!! read more

I like a good Panera sandwich every once in awhile. This particular establishment can be kind of a pain in the A during the daytime because the parking lot for the entire plaza is a bit unorganized and crowded. The people that work here are typical, chain employees. They'll smile enough to make you feel like your experience was pleasant. The food is the same at every Panera. Decent. They are open pretty late, Panera always strikes me as a breakfast/lunch place but every once in awhile it's nice to stop for a sandwich or salad for dinner. Love the breads and pastry selection, though. Panera has always impressed me with that. read more

I love Panera. This is one of the chains I am so grateful for when traveling. I know exactly what I am getting. My favorite things are the chicken noodle soup and any number of the sandwiches. The ingredients are always fresh and the service is fast. The sit in is clean and modern. I love the fountain soda and the fact that i can get a lemon , what a treat! They also have specials on their bakery items. I usually don't indulge since most of them are not diet friendly, but when you are looking to indulge, they have some of the best cookies i've tried. read more

14 minutes from order confirmation to pickup is unacceptable for a soup-only order on a weekend outside of the lunch rush. This was not worth the time or the $10. You'd think they would know how to handle tickets better...avoid this place if you value your time. read more

I've been to this location numerous times and the service is always fast and consistent. My favorite is the Smokehouse Turkey and Turkey Chili. This time I only had to wait 5 minutes for my order to be ready. It was fresh, flavorful, and hot when I got home. I've also never had a mistake on order and the wait staff is very cheerful and patient. I also really appreciate that they now have their nutritional facts listed on the menu and it's a great quick dinner if you don't feel like cooking! read more

DO NOT ORDER THE VEGAN LENTIL QUINOA BOWL. I can't believe I just payed $8.69 for less than half a bowl. This is insane!! I called the store and the manager said "it's probably more filling than it looks" well, I ate it and now I'm off to pay more money for more food somewhere else. The bowl is not a meal, it's less than half a bowl of soup in a you pick two. Never again! read more

Just wanted to acknowledge the amazing employees you have at your Panera Bread location. A few days ago last week I went to get a sandwich with a tomato soup as a combo and Casey the cashier greeted me with a smile and took my order. She was pleasant, professional, and informative when I asked her for what she would recommend. Also, your employee Brianna is an outstanding and great asset to your business. I asked her to watch my bag and laptop for less than 5 minutes as I had to leave it unattended and she was more than happy to assist me. I thanked her for her random act of kindness which wasn't part of her job and she did it all with a smile on her face. The customer service your staff provides is incredible and I would say it's equal to JetBlue's caliber standard. I will keep coming back for the great food, experience and best service! read more

I Love Panera, however, 2 of my last 3 visits have been a bit disappointing. The quality, taste and price are good but they almost never have the Rye bread that brings me in. What is even worse is they never know they're out of rye bread until after I put my order in and sit down. Now we all know there is nothing worse that having your taste buds all ready for something, then someone comes to your table with, "I'm sorry we ran out of that." If this keeps up, I'll have to find a new place to get my rye bread fix. Corner Bakery? read more

The chicken soup I ordered was spot on with just the right level of saltiness and a hearty broth. Got an apple as a side and it was the sweetest most awesome thing ever! Not enough eaten this time around to give a higher rating on the first visit, but it hit the spot just right. Will come back to try other things. read more

Was indecisive and the manager (Cindy I think), offered to make me something after asking for a Coyle of likes and dislikes. She said she would make me anything else if I didn't enjoy it. She made a something close to a Mediterranean chicken flat bread sandwich. It was awesome! She checked to see if I liked it before she left even. I highly recommend this place. Great service, great food, great atmosphere. The portions are perfect if you get the half sandwich combo. I don't get overly full. Yet still more then content with being satisfied on the serving (as far as my appetite), and I'm a decent size & active guy. Thanks Cindy for another awesome experience. I'll be back. read more

This Panera is the worst. The soufflés are ALWAYS out of stock on the app, yet they actually have them when you get there. However, they don't always make them ahead of time so be prepared to choose from what's available (if anything) or wait 30 minutes for your soufflé of choice. After the first time, I got smart and called ahead so they could put one in the oven. When I got there, the cashier advised me it'd be another 7 minutes. I ordered something else as well, and proceeded to go and wait by the pickup area. More than 10 minutes went by, and nothing. Apparently, the cashier expected me to wait for my other item and go back up to the bakery for my soufflé. Of course she failed to tell me this, so I was left standing there while several other employees looked at me quizzically. Not once did any of them ask if I was waiting on something else. Lol the customer service here leaves much to be desired. I understand it's only Panera and not a 5 star restaurant, but sheesh. read more

Talk about slow moes, don't bother coming here for lunch or at all. Seeing how the soups are never hot and the salads are just as good as mcdonalds for triple the price. Your better off heating up a can of Campbell's and calling it a day. Unless you'd like to stand in line at panera for your entire lunch break after you already paid for the premade junk filled food. Eat that Panera! read more

Decent location in and of itself, and the staff are friendly, but almost always out of something (usually bread). Right now it's the afternoon and they have no baguettes. Other Paneras seem to order enough and are busier, so something's off. read more

Panera is my favorite semi-fast food restaurant ever. First time in Warwick and I am disgusted at how filthy this place is. Not one Clean table available because there is all kinds of spillage and garbage all over each empty one, and the floor is filled with all kinds of trash like lettuce and wrappers etc. It makes me wonder how filthy the kitchen is. Never again coming to this one. Manager!!!! Keep the place clean!!!! read more

This panera has gotten my food wrong so many times and I've been getting increasingly angry about it. They clearly do NOT read the order of what you want because I've gotten things i have asked to not be on my salad/sandwich and I've also not gotten things I've paid extra for. The last straw was a few days ago when i got a breakfast sandwich for my boyfriend, i use the Panera app when i order and i put NO CHEESE and i added bacon which cost me an extra $1 what did he get ? A sandwich with melted cheese so impossible to take off and no bacon. That's it panera I'm done. Gave 2 stars because i actually enjoy their food when its what i ordered. read more

Great place to eat! And Friendly people that work there plus my family works there as well I would I commend this place to anyone!

Wow has this place gone down.. I will never get a salad to go again. Much smaller than inside. Also, I received a stale bagel. I went after 7pm but why keep that out. it was really hard. I did write Panera about this and the response was weak. I don't need to go here . There are other Panera's in the area. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the response and they didn't seem to care and never bothered to escalate this to the local Panera. I'm done with this location. read more

Order from many locations at least 3-4 times a week and seems this location is either out of something or gets a rapid pick up order.

Alrighty, another shitty review. Came in with some of my girlfriends & one is pregnant and one has a baby already so I'm left out the mama group right. I had Valerie as my cashier & she seemed really ecstatic to take my order at first. As I go up to place my order she told me to bring my child up who wasn't my child. My friend who has the baby was holding on to her stroller. She then proceeded to ask me why I don't have a kid yet, then proceeded to say all I need is to find a guy to get in bed with. Wtf. She also asked my age, & asked why I don't have a child at my age & then said what age she had hers at. Then she asked who I lived with & I said I was with my parents , then she says that my parents will take care of my child she supposedly thinks I should just pop out. Idk wtf is wrong with people but I would appreciate if this VALERIE lost her job. She does not know anything about customer service cause that was the most ignorant shit someone has ever asked me. I didn't know what to say because the bitch caught me off guard. So Panera, please get rid of Valerie before she says the wrong shit to the wrong person & gets herself punched in the face read more

My family and I went to Panera today. Unfortunately our order was slightly messed up. But Sharon the manager went above and beyond to make sure they took full responsibility for the mistake and made it right. For that I give them a fantastic rating for their flawless customer service. Horrible service! I went on my lunch break from school.. I understand lunch time is busy but there was no excuse for how long I waited for my food at somewhere that is supposed to have fast to go service. Once I got my food, after about 25 minutes, it was the WRONG sandwich! I told the girl it wasn't correct and she proceeded to fight with me. I was going to leave it alone, but I ordered a turkey blt and recieved some sort of tuna salad.. when I then confronted her again I was told "oh that's weird, did you check it?" I usually go to Panera in boston near my place. But this location was very close to where I was at the time with my girlfriend. The area was very clean and staff was nice. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese for her and a coffee for myself. But when She took a bite, the inside of the egg was green, and just nasty looking so my girlfriend had to throw it out. I stop in to this Panera once in a while to grab lunch with my kids. It's a great option to grab a quick bite that's relatively healthy. My kids and I both like the kids meal options which are tasty and quite a bit healthier than other fast food places. They usually choose a PB&J or Chicken Noodle soup with a Yogurt. I add a cookie to my meal for 99 cents because I'm not above a little dessert bribery. I love that they provide free cups for water so I don't have to add a pricey drink to my meal. The system they have now for bringing the food out to your table really streamlines the whole process. Now I don't have to corral the kids while I juggle 3 plates to the table. Oh, and the wi-fi is nice. read more
