I like Panera and I like the choices that they have. It used to be years ago that they would give you a salad when you ordered it that you thought was really healthy but when you looked up the calories they were outrageous. They have really gone above and beyond to create salads that can be really healthy. You can choose to have the calories or not but at least they make it easy to find out what you're eating and what is in it. Also their soups and sandwiches are as delicious as ever but again you could make much more healthy choices because you can be knowledgeable about what you're ordering. They include the nutrition information on the menu and it's up to you to make the choices which I love. I also love the curbside delivery. I'm on the fence about this location. On one hand, it's way better than any time I've ever been to the Seekonk location, but that's not saying an awful lot, either. Husband, kid, and I stopped in here after grocery shopping because someone mentioned they'd forgotten to feed the kid an actual lunch and she was starving. Faced with a choice between this or McFood, we went here. I love the add a pastry for 99¢ promotion they're having right now. Most of the good pastries were gone when we got there, but I digress. I had baked potato soup and half a chicken caesar sandwich, the husband had their chicken stew and Thai something salad, and the kid had a turkey and cheese on tomato-basil, plus the additional pastries. The baked potato soup is pretty much a sure bet. It always tastes the same and I haven't had a bad cup of it. It's never actually hot, which is kind of sad, but it's still filling. I'm a little baffled by the chicken caesar sandwich. It contained a piece of lettuce, a couple slices of tomatoes, some red onions, and the sliced chicken that goes into a lot of their sandwiches on three cheese bread. It was good, don't get me wrong, but I'd never have guessed what it was supposed to be. The kid's sandwich was a-ok; I love that you get yoghurt with kids' meals. So why is this a two star review instead of three? My husband's meal bordered on inedible and he'll eat pretty much anything. It's never good when the first thing he says, upon tasting, is "Do you think it's okay if I eat this if the chicken is frozen?" No, honey, you'll probably survive if you eat it, but that doesn't make it okay. The counter staff did remake the salad for him and he said it was edible. I'm a bit disappointed that the manager didn't bother stopping over, like they do in most of the other Paneras I've had my food messed up in, just as a courtesy check. I don't want much, just apologise for said mistake and find out if everything else is okay. Assure me it won't happen again (I promise, I'll pretend to believe you). I used to love panera. Everytime i come to this location i am greeted with trouble. Ive had to get my own food twice. each time my soup was luke warm. The workers are usually chatting it up, instead of doing their job. Ive asked for a new, hot soup, and was directed to a microwave. Many times ive had stuff remade. But today i was not brought my food and when i picked it up my soup was warm and my sandwhich was all bread with one peace of steak. I complained and was told that was a portion and was left to be gawked at by the girl in a red shirt, until i left back to my seat. I stopped into Panera for lunch today to get my all time favorite salad the Asian Sesame Chicken Salad. The whole salad is 400 calories if you get the full size and the salad dressing (which is included in that figure for those who care) is delicious. It has these fried wanton strips and almonds for texture *swoon* I could gush about the salad all day. Today I got the half size of the salad as well as the black bean soup since they have a great you pick 2 deal. This was the first time I tried the soup and I will not be getting it again. The taste was OK but the soup itself was thick like mud and I just couldn't get past the consistency. I have had great soups at Panera before so this one just wans't their best. There was a very short line, very friendly service and quick food preparation. I had my lunch to go today but the restaurant does have plenty of sitting room if you wanted to eat there. The sitting area is casual you grab your food choose your own seat and enjoy. Panera has both a cafe and a bakery so you can really go in there for anything from breakfast to dessert and you will find something you like. They also have pretty delicious frozen coffee drinks(they are not so calorie friendly but whatever, am I right) I am a big fan of their website too, they have all the nutritional info on there for those who need it in an easy to use meal tracker. They also explain all your bread options etc. Really a wealth of information if you want to come in prepared check it out. If you don't that is ok too but be prepared to be overwhelmed by all the awesome choices you have at Panera. Happy eating everyone. PS they have a My Panera card now so you can get points and bonus drinks, pastry etc just for being a frequent customer. I do love a good rewards program. I like a good Panera sandwich every once in awhile. This particular establishment can be kind of a pain in the A during the daytime because the parking lot for the entire plaza is a bit unorganized and crowded. The people that work here are typical, chain employees. They'll smile enough to make you feel like your experience was pleasant. The food is the same at every Panera. Decent. They are open pretty late, Panera always strikes me as a breakfast/lunch place but every once in awhile it's nice to stop for a sandwich or salad for dinner. I love Panera. This is one of the chains I am so grateful for when traveling. I know exactly what I am getting. My favorite things are the chicken noodle soup and any number of the sandwiches. The ingredients are always fresh and the service is fast. The sit in is clean and modern. I love the fountain soda and the fact that i can get a lemon , what a treat! I've been to this location numerous times and the service is always fast and consistent. My favorite is the Smokehouse Turkey and Turkey Chili. This time I only had to wait 5 minutes for my order to be ready. It was fresh, flavorful, and hot when I got home. I've also never had a mistake on order and the wait staff is very cheerful and patient. A few days ago last week I went to get a sandwich with a tomato soup as a combo and Casey the cashier greeted me with a smile and took my order. She was pleasant, professional, and informative when I asked her for what she would recommend. Also, your employee Brianna is an outstanding and great asset to your business. I asked her to watch my bag and laptop for less than 5 minutes as I had to leave it unattended and she was more than happy to assist me. I thanked her for her random act of kindness which wasn't part of her job and she did it all with a smile on her face. I Love Panera, however, 2 of my last 3 visits have been a bit disappointing. The quality, taste and price are good but they almost never have the Rye bread that brings me in. What is even worse is they never know they're out of rye bread until after I put my order in and sit down. Now we all know there is nothing worse that having your taste buds all ready for something, then someone comes to your table with, "I'm sorry we ran out of that." This Panera is the worst. The soufflés are ALWAYS out of stock on the app, yet they actually have them when you get there. However, they don't always make them ahead of time so be prepared to choose from what's available (if anything) or wait 30 minutes for your soufflé of choice. After the first time, I got smart and called ahead so they could put one in the oven. When I got there, the cashier advised me it'd be another 7 minutes. I ordered something else as well, and proceeded to go and wait by the pickup area. More than 10 minutes went by, and nothing. Apparently, the cashier expected me to wait for my other item and go back up to the bakery for my soufflé. Of course she failed to tell me this, so I was left standing there while several other employees looked at me quizzically. Not once did any of them ask if I was waiting on something else. This panera has gotten my food wrong so many times and I've been getting increasingly angry about it. They clearly do NOT read the order of what you want because I've gotten things i have asked to not be on my salad/sandwich and I've also not gotten things I've paid extra for. The last straw was a few days ago when i got a breakfast sandwich for my boyfriend, i use the Panera app when i order and i put NO CHEESE and i added bacon which cost me an extra $1 what did he get ? Alrighty, another shitty review. Came in with some of my girlfriends & one is pregnant and one has a baby already so I'm left out the mama group right. I had Valerie as my cashier & she seemed really ecstatic to take my order at first. As I go up to place my order she told me to bring my child up who wasn't my child. My friend who has the baby was holding on to her stroller. She then proceeded to ask me why I don't have a kid yet, then proceeded to say all I need is to find a guy to get in bed with. Wtf. She also asked my age, & asked why I don't have a child at my age & then said what age she had hers at. Then she asked who I lived with & I said I was with my parents , then she says that my parents will take care of my child she supposedly thinks I should just pop out. I first found this gem back in 2006 when I was selected for Grand Jury in the Kent County Courthouse. Being that I was so young, I had hardly been anywhere. I selected Panera one day when I was bored of the same ole fast food and at the time, I was focused on "eating better". I was absolutely wowed by everything I had seen. For the time, I had never seen a fast food place be so organized, friendly, and have such high quality food. Fast forward 6 years later, and while many restaurants have adopted a lot that Panera had, it is still worth my while to grab a sandwich and coffee and steal some wifi on a comfortable chair. I've visited other Panera Breads, but none measure up to this one, especially the Bald Hill Panera. I always make the additional effort to stay away from that joke. One thing that I am kinda bummed out about is that it seems they eliminated the Chipotle Chicken sandwich off the menu. It saddens me because I used to always grab one of those and a cup of creamy tomato soup. Now I have to settle with Bacon Turkey Bravo and Broccoli Cheddar. No matter, I still enjoy this place and you should, too. read more

I understand lunch time is busy but there was no excuse for how long I waited for my food at somewhere that is supposed to have fast to go service. I usually go to Panera in boston near my place. But this location was very close to where I was at the time with my girlfriend. The area was very clean and staff was nice. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese for her and a coffee for myself. But when She took a bite, the inside of the egg was green, and just nasty looking so my girlfriend had to throw it out. If I could take away stars I would. This was The WORST experience I have ever had at a Panera. I walk in there is no Hibiscus Tea, which is what I wen there for. I go to order, that process was very slow moving. Finally it's my turn, I start to order my cup of soup...Marianne the cashier was so rude! She barely let me get out that I wanted chips with my soup. I tried ordering tuna, they were out of tuna. The guy next to me ordered a cinnamon bagel with cream cheese and was told they only had chive cream cheese. I go to get ice for my drink..no ice. I stop in to this Panera once in a while to grab lunch with my kids. It's a great option to grab a quick bite that's relatively healthy. My kids and I both like the kids meal options which are tasty and quite a bit healthier than other fast food places. They usually choose a PB&J or Chicken Noodle soup with a Yogurt. I add a cookie to my meal for 99 cents because I'm not above a little dessert bribery. I love that they provide free cups for water so I don't have to add a pricey drink to my meal. The system they have now for bringing the food out to your table really streamlines the whole process. Now I don't have to corral the kids while I juggle 3 plates to the table.
