Nobody checked the order.

An employee left a $22.78 item off the delivery order. The receipt on the bag said to call the manager at panera with any issues. The first employee that answered the phone acknowledged the mistake. When the manager picked up the phone, was argumentative and rude, then actually denied that the order was short, even though the employee admitted it. Don't waste your time ordering from Panera, they just lie and steal your money. This was 6/29/26 6:19 pm.

Half Caesar salad & half chicken Chipotle avocado sandwich

I Didn't Have Time To Make Myself lunch Today So I Stopped By One Of My Favorite Spots! I love how you can do 2 by 2. The Caesar Salad & Chicken Chipotle Avo Sandwich Are My Favorite. I like that they have a drive thru & the employees were kind. Thankfully there was no long line when I got there.

I have never been to this particular Panera before, and didn't even know it was here. It's literally right off the freeway! Lol funny enough there's two other coffee shops in this plaza as well! Lol I was really happy to see my favorite pre-pandemic pastry, the cherry and cheese danish, so I had to buy one of those!! It was over four dollars!! Crazy but at least I have my coffee subscription so at least I got a free iced coffee well, granted I pay for a monthly subscription. Lol whatever! The pastry was delicious and reminded me of the pre-pandemic days. Lol. Inside the seating/lobby area of the café. It was really nice and open! I could totally see myself doing homework or work here if I needed to they were really nice comfortable booths and people were sitting eating their lunch. Will definitely come back.

Large taco salad

First time at a Panera Bread . Someone gave me a gift card as a present. The receptionist/ order taker was friendly and personable. She explained what was on the warm taco salad and another salad that I a was thinking of getting. It took a long time for the salad to arrive although there were no pickups on by order and no other customers. The cooks were just standing around. I was shocked by the small size of the large salad at $14.96! The baguette piece was about 4 inches long and not too fresh, no butter, no salsa. Won't be returning.

Broccoli Mac N Cheese

Food - their menu is diverse and inclusive of different needs. Portions don't always match cost, unfortunately. The broccoli Mac n cheese was just ok. The broccoli was a little mushy and not many pieces. The sauce was on the liquid side and the taste was bland, almost like a box meal. Service - we ordered from the kiosk. No one welcomed as you walk in. It wasn't until half way through our order did someone ask if we wanted to order. Ambiance - it wasn't very busy and no one was in line that the restaurant should be clean. There were booths that needed tending to, the floors needed a vacuuming. It was just an ok visit

We enjoyed their bread, bagels and yogurt. Just assume that their yogurt is very small. Actually smaller than how it looks on the menu.

It's been many years since I've been here and I'm sooo glad I chose this spot for a little girls…read morenight. First off, the ambiance really sets the vibe here. Such a quaint little spot that feels homey and local. To start I ordered the strawberry hibiscus shrub soda and my oh my, I think I've rekindled my obsession with shrub sodas. Perfectly sweet, tarte, and refreshing. We ordered the house focaccia and shishito peppers to start and both nailed the spot. The focaccia was fluffy, flavorful, and not too dense. And the shishitos had a DELISH red sauce that I was scooping up with every bite. I ordered the gnocchi, which came with fresh tomatoes and was cooked to a really nice texture. My friend ordered the salmon dish and although she said it was on the smaller side she was hoping for, the flavors were well worth it. Perfect spot for a date night, and they have an outside patio as well!

This place had always been wildly pretentious and catered to the hipsters, but in the beginning, their food was actually fantastic. My partner received a gift certificate from a colleague, so I thought we'd try again, and came for brunch. My hope was that the place had returned to the portions and quality of when they first opened, which were proportionate to the cost. Unfortunately, it has declined even further since the octopus incident. We ordered the baby pancake and the burger. The portions were spectacularly small for the pricepoint, and everything tasted underwhelming. The baby pancake was more of an over done, miniscule crepe, and the medium rare burger we ordered was well done, dry, and tiny. There is a process of waiting outside and ordering, which is confusing, unwelcoming, and downright strange. There is a reason that no other restaurants do this. Please knock it off. The service was just ok, and no one came to check on us after our mediocre food was served. Fortunately, all this experience cost us was the tip, and time we could have spent eating something substantial and leaving feeling full. Meh. It's time to give up on this place and their overpriced, overhyped, substandard hipster fodder. Two stars because the herbed fries were nice.

Amazing Food, Even Better People!…read more We come to Boudin SF all the time, and there's a reason we keep coming back! The food is fantastic, but what really makes this place special is the people. I always order the chicken pesto with no cheese, and the manager knows my order before I even walk through the door! She's exceptionally kind and has gone out of her way on several occasions to make sure my meal is exactly how I like it. Today, she even surprised me with getting me a side salad and a side of honey mustard, which tasted amazing. It's little things like that that make you feel genuinely appreciated as a customer. You can tell these people truly care about their customers and take pride in what they do. It's rare to find a place where you're treated like a friend rather than just another order. We absolutely love this place and will continue coming back. If you're in Santa Rosa, do yourself a favor and stop by. Great food, wonderful people, and the kind of customer service that deserves recognition! Thank you to the manager and the entire team for always taking such great care of us!

We ordered the Harvest Cobb, which was packed with fresh, nourishing ingredients like kale and sweet potatoes. It was truly a party on my plate--and in my mouth! I left feeling like I had eaten something wholesome and genuinely good for me. Of course, after being so healthy, I had to balance things out with the grilled cheese featuring brie, fig jam, and Granny Smith apples--and it was equally amazing. The bread was delicious, and while I personally would have loved a little more fig jam, every bite was fresh and flavorful. The two dishes were plenty for my husband and me to split, so we got the best of both worlds for around $30, which felt very reasonable. The restaurant was fairly busy, but the wait wasn't too bad, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The atmosphere also had a charming, lively feel that reminded me a little of the Boudin Bakery area at Fisherman's Wharf in San Francisco. Fresh, satisfying food, interesting flavors, and a great value--we'll definitely remember this lunch!

After our mini vacation in Sonoma, we made a detour to Santa Rosa for a quick lunch before heading home. On a Thursday we parked right in front of the restaurant around noon. Sitting outside under the umbrella on a warm day was pleasant. After indulging for three days we decided to go lighter by sharing a Reuben and a Middle Eastern salad. I ate most of the sandwich, wife ate most of the salad. Both of us were very satisfied with the food and service. Compared to several of the fancier dinners we had at Sonoma Square, I actually enjoyed this meal the most. So glad we came and we shall return when the opportunity arises
