I placed an order on DoorDash and I have an allergy to cilantro. I made an adjustment to my order and I didn't realize that cilantro was in the base of the item I ordered. They were super sweet about it and gave me two cookies instead of the one I ordered and two baguettes to make up for the confusion! Panera is a huge heap of trash. Over priced airplane food is what I call it. Ask for a large cup of water, I get a small. I get badgered by these workers every time I try to give my rewards number at the window. I just walked out of this place finally (my party and I were the only people at the establishment) and they forgot to make most of our food. Extremely disappointed with the food portion. We got two orders of pick 2, on both orders the sandwiches were so small that, if you put them both together you get a half sandwich. So instead of getting two half Paninni sandwiches we got two quarters sandwiches. It was like getting two of the litle sandwiches from "White Castle ". We felt robbed after opening the bag at home. Take a moment to giggle at the motto printed on the receipt: "Accuracy Matters". Make sure not to order anything to go because when the order is wrong no one will be answering the phone, even outside of the 'busy meal hours'. On the good side, when you drive all the way back they'll be waiting for you with your correct order. Just don't expect an apology. This Panera works for me. Great location and I love their soups, salads and wide variety of breads. I've walked in and used the drive thru and haven't experienced the slowness issues that some reviews mentioned. The manager is very friendly. I called to cancel my order (because I was super late for work) and when I finally got through to a manager, she told me she'd bring my food out right away. I excused it as just Saturday night antics by customers. Then I see an employee put in his hard work and was cleaning empty tables. Out of no where the lady Manager started yelling at the employee for not cleaning them good enough. So now, not only are Managers visibly yelling at employees in front of customers but they're sitting in the tables next to customers and making it an uncomfortable atmosphere?? Since the moment I walked in, every employee was hard at work cleaning, taking orders or delivering food. What was the middle-aged Manager doing? Sitting on her ass talking loudly in tables next to customers and then yelling at her employees in front of all the customers. Oh that's what I want when coming to Panera Bread! Very poor service. GM very rude and unprofessional, Assistant manager was much more professional and should be running the store. Location constantly out of items without updating their stock for online orders and accuracy of orders is extremely poor. Location also claimed on more than one instance they are understaffed and staff not trained properly. We love Panera, but this location needs to get it together. We've been there three times since they opened and all three order were wrong. From twice forgetting items, one being an entire order of pasta, the other being a piece of crumb cake, to not following directions on their own online ordering tool. I've never had this problem at other Panera locations. Hopefully a few more months & this location will be up to par. read more

Ordered this Mozzarella and tomato on flat bread which wasn't good. Sandwich is kind of small and they add lemon juice to it which gives it a weird taste. I have eaten at this specific Panera Bread twice now. I was left disappointed on both occasions. The first time, I ordered ravioli that came out only partially heated, with many raviolis being extremely cold. Other raviolis were EXTREMELY hot, leaving a dangerous game to be played. The table was not wiped down and was left extremely messy with crumbs everywhere before we sat down. The second, and final, time I went to this Panera Bread, I ordered the Turkey, Ham, and Cheese Paneni. This visit was far worse than the first. Since we went through the drive-thru this time, we were asked for our decisions on our drinks. We ordered 3 cokes, and the employee had no problem with that. When we got to the window, we were greeted by an employee who seemed unhappy and sassy. She gave us our food, and closed the window. We did not get our drinks. We told her we ordered drinks and proceeded to ask for our cokes. The woman responded with a snarly "We only have Pepsi here." Why were we not corrected WHILE ordering? Why did we not get our drinks at all? Instead we were ignored in the moment and forced to ask for them awkwardly. At this point I still had hope. We received our drinks and rushed home to eat. I bit into my sandwich, and immediately had to spit it out. The lettuce was old and dry. The mustard was crusty and tasted disgusting. I actually had to power through the awful taste because I spent around $10.00 for the full order of my sandwich (Bad Decision). My Significant Other ordered "Frontega Chicken On Focaccia" and said the taste was off from the previous times she had ordered this. She said it tasted odd, like it was not fully cooked and rushed. The meals were obviously rushed and very little preparation was put into them. My sandwich had the cheese balled up and not melted in one spot. The meat was falling out of one side, with 1/4 of the sandwich being nothing but bread and crusty mustard. My significant other's sandwich looked like it was compressed and frozen, with the peppers looking smashed and leaving imprints in whatever the sandwich comprised of. It simply morphed to the shape. BOTH visits were awful, and for a NEW Panera, I expected much better from staff. The staff's attitudes were awkward and uncomfortable for me. They were extremely unprofessional. Whoever made our food does not know what they are doing. One star is all this deserves. I almost gave two stars because there was an extremely nice server during the first visit, but he obviously deserves a better paying job than this since he was the only person who seemed to know what they were doing. This is my first review on any food chain because it was just that terrible. I worked in fast food, and I know it does not take a large amount of hard work to make the food both taste good and look presentable. Also, having a positive attitude when dealing with customers never hurts. 1/5 - Do not visit this Panera. It is a waste of time and money. read more

They asked me to include instructions on how I wanted the bread sliced because the Panera web site does not pass the customizations to the cafe. I did that and they still screwed up my order. We went in last night at 20 minutes before closing actually very nice, very good meal, we had a salad and soup and everything was brought out in record time, service, great atmosphere.
