Ordered steak and cheddar panini No Horseradish to go. It never fail. They put horseradish. All the time!!!!!!

Stopped by for a breakfast sandwich this morning. My favorite is the steak and egg bagel. It normally comes on poppyseed, but I chose the asiago cheese bagel. (Poppy seeds get caught in my teeth.) today I got double beef. Yummy. I enjoy fresh baked foods so I highly recommend these stores. I have never had a bad experience. What I like is that you can make your choice on how your sandwiches are made. And while their coffee is not Starbucks, it is usually hotter. What a shame! Gotta try the turkey sandwich for lunch with a pickle and chips. If you've never tried Panera's, indulge. read more

The food is always good when they get it right. I am here at least once a week studying and I can honestly say at least 1 of my orders will be wrong. What is up with the bathrooms? Middle of winter, dead of summer it ALWAYS freezing in the bathroom. Can they afford to heat it please? read more

Nice place to eat and relax with friends. Price is reasonable. Food tastes good.Attentive staff. Clean place.

I often pass this Panera by for the one on Harlem & 159th but this one time in bad weather I stopped for soup. I said a large - I got a group size for $17 - I just paid and left figuring I would have soup and bread for a couple more meals so I just paid and went home. Strike 1. As I was leaving the register the young lady mentioned she was feeling really crabby today (yep, you were) ... Strike 2 (I don't care about your day or mood, all I care about is getting good service. You don't like your job find another). Get home and the New England Clam Chowder is practically broth. Gone are any of the goodies you would expect in a Chowder - what I got was a few lonely clams swimming in a pool of cream with the occasional potato cube floating by like an adrift life raft. Needless to say I won't be back. The only reason they got 1 stars is that the broth was good. read more

The food is about the quality you'd expect for Panera. I usually order delivery on the app, but they just forget items half the time. 2 of my last 4 orders have had missing items. I think I'll have to stop ordering from this location. read more

Poor customer, Wonderful service kind of moment. In times like these nice gestures go a long way. I'm here often and it never disappoints.

I am absolutely disgusted by this establishment. I clearly asked for a steak and white cheddar sandwich with NO PICKLED ONIONS! And what do the workers do they give me pickled onions. The bread was not fresh from what I could see it was most likely a day old, which doesn't follow their standard of fresh bread made to every day. The steak was not quality meat I almost gagged trying to swallow what I thought was leather. A peer of mine that I was consulting with ordered a soup with noodles and vegetables, the vegetables tasted like cardboard as well as with the noodles. Furthermore, the kettle cooked chips that I had purchased were far below par for kettle cooked chips. read more

i ordered 2 large mac and cheeses and when i got mine it was ice cold. i brought it back to the window and they told me to microwave it, and that there was a microwave under the coffee bar. i expect my food to be warm after paying for it, i'm not paying to cook it myself. read more

Great brunch menu. Their salads are so refreshing specially the strawberry poppyseed salad. Otherwise I usually go with the you pick two, mac and cheese is a must ! read more

This is a great alternative to fast food. You can get some great sandwiches on fresh baked bread, bagels, or pannini. And some great homemade pastries and baked goodies (the lemon or raspberry scones are outstanding). And a winter favorite of mine are their home made soups served in a fresh bread bowl. And the coffee here is always fresh and very tasty. If you go during the lunch rush, expect to wait a bit, due to the fact everything is made-to-order. But the prices here are a little bit on the pricey side, but the food is well worth it. read more

Meg, the General Manager, at this location provided excellent customer service. She's one of the reasons I'll keep returning to do business here! read more

There was a chunk of PLASTIC-WARE in my sandwich!!!! I am a rewards member and go to Panera frequently. I ordered some lunch from them and also got a sandwich for dinner later. When I finally went to eat my sandwich, I bit down into a chunk of PLASTIC-WARE. It scraped the roof of my mouth and I still have a RAW spot after 2 days. I attempt to call them that night to speak to a manager and got disconnected 4 TIMES, finally I had to pretended to place an order to even talk to a REAL person. They apologized, asked for my name and number for their general manager Katie to call me the next day. SHE NEVER DID! They also gave me an e-mail to send pictures of the sandwich and plastic-ware but the e-mail they gave me never went through!! I have always loved Panera but this experience with their customer service has left me questioning if I'll eat there again. I have never felt so ignored, especially since someone could have gotten really HURT by their mistake! read more

Awful customer service! I always frequent this Panera and love using my Panera card! Caucasian manager this morning in a royal blue shirt completely disregarded me as I waiting and proceeded to help the customer behind me! Rude! Unprofessional! I kindly put back my yogurt and walked out! read more

Today the place was dirty and they ran out of bread. Are you kidding me? I think both guys were trainees. One, I think was Steve didnt know what was going on and messing up all orders. I will not return. read more

A family favorite due to the service and location. Once I had an incomplete salad (no grilled chicken) with a carry out order. The manager was quick to respond. Since then, the orders are never missing items and the service is great. A friendly staff will greet you at the register. This location is spacious and includes out door seating as well. You can never go wrong with the pick two specials. Their baker items and bagels are the best in the business. read more

Ordered Rapid Delivery. Stated time item not on shelf. Waited in line 6 minutes to be handed the order which was still on the counter in the kitchen. They had at least 6 people getting paid and all gave the impression that they were unconcerned about making the customer feel appreciated. Had to go back in because they forgot my side! So annoying! read more

I like Panera, but this one is hit or miss. I work a few blocks away so I end up grabbing lunch here often. I always get the same thing.. it's never consistent. Sometimes they only make half of my sandwich and I have to wait for the other half.. they put things on it that I ask to be left off, or they leave those things off, and other things I wanted left on and my sandwich ends up being plain. They're usually out of the bagels I like, and I have to get something else. And the people taking the orders seem like you're bothering them. However, those in the kitchen are nice and accommodating when I need a larger bag or extra sauce, etc. read more

Food is great and always fresh but the line to wait is always long and at peak times the parking is terrible.

Went to Panera Bread on 150th LaGrange for the first time. Ordered salad & flat bread pizza. The flat bread pizza was not cooked all the way. The cheese was melted but the crust was not cooked or browned, it didn't even smell good. Gross. There was a chunk of bread that was tossed in the bag with the salad by a worker without gloves on! Why isn't the piece of bread in a wrapper or tissue? And touching the bread with bare hands and no gloves is not okay! While waiting in the drive up for 25 minutes I also noticed a male worker with long kinky hair on top without a hair net taking the temperature of the soups. His hair was over his face and going in the soups! I brought this to the managers attention, but the worker just shrugged it off. Gross and unsanitary. Glad I didn't order the soup. Terrible food and after what I saw through the window, I will never go back to Panera again. I spent $33 on food that was garbage. What a mistake. I could have gone anywhere on LaGrange Ave for food. This was a huge disappointment. Never again. read more

I always love coming to Panera. They have really great quality food for good prices, plus the menu changes with the season, so I know I can get something different every time I go, and not get bored. Stores are clean, staff is friendly, and their hot chocolate is the best! ^* read more

Last week I was coming down with a cold and I wanted soup. Used the drive through to order the chicken soba noodle soup. There were 3 cars ahead of me so I knew I was going to have to wait. When I got to the speaker to order, an employee immediately apologized for the wait. When I arrived at the window to pick up my order, the employee again was pleasant and thanked me for my patience. My soup was delicious as always and just what I needed. This is a great Panera location and I will be back. read more

Not clean. Wouldn't go back. Miss the one at 143rd and LaGrange. Can't bring myself to go to this one as it's too dirty

Worst service!!!! Line to order was out the door! Waited 20 minutes to order! Need better system! They could learn from Portillo's!!!!

The worst panera ever. They ran out of the french baguette which is one of the main reasons i ever go to panera. They also ran out of the bread bowl and basic etiquettes. The lady at the counter had absolutely no knowledge about anything. read more

Love this location. Perfect for a lunch break. It is busy but clean and service is fast. I expect a lot from my Panera and it holds up at this location. My favorite is the black bean soup yummmm read more

Had lunch there today boy what a disappointment. The store was dirty the carpet needed a good vacuuming . The server was so rude I couldn't believe I was in a Panera. The tables and chairs are cramped so close you can't avoid bumping into people. Will not return . read more

I will choose this Panera over the one father north on LaGrange every time. I ordered here one time and they forgot a part of my order. It happens. So I called to let them know that it was forgotten and that I would come to pick it up. The manager himself met me to apologize and threw in a few free pastries. Customer service is not a forgotten art here. read more

The cashiers are always nice! They make the best mochas too! My food is always right, hot and just the way i ordered it. Very clean inside and plenty of seating unlike some locations. Bathrooms were also AWESOME! read more

Ordered on the computer in front and my name popped up on screen by waiting. Heard them talking and they asked what my name was. She then said hurry up and make this. While a lady 5 minutes after me ordered a very large order and received it 5 minutes before I did. I would've left 5 stars if the manager didn't sweep me under the rug and let me know they got the order late because of computer. read more

Not happy with quality of bread. Bought 2 loaves 2 different weeks of sourdough bread. When got home both loaves had holes thru out. The food is always good. The problem is the staffs there will make you feel like you owe them a million dollars. no class at all. I was there very early in the morning to grab a loaf of bread cuz they are the only store open. The fat lady looked at me as i have never seen any bread before. She made me repeat 3 times of what I want and she still got it wrong. It's just a loaf of wheat bread baby, seriously?! If you don't wanna ruin your day, don't go there in the morning. read more

Panera seems to have really gone down hill lately. The quality of the food just isn't up to par like it used to be. The breakfast foods are still top notch, but I avoid going for lunch or dinner now. read more

My mom and I came to this Panera for some bread bowls. Cashier told us they don't have bread bowls-or sell sourdough at all. While we were ordering, the staff behind the counter, which was all high schoolers, were screaming and yelling to each other from across the kitchen. Very unprofessional. Cashier also told my mom she could not do a grain bowl with a Pick 2, yet there was an option to do a grain bowl with a Pick 2 for an additional charge. No up selling at all. We were also told they had no tomatoes, or any sort of bread that any of the classic sandwiches came on. Do you have anything at all? The cashier did not tell us any substitutions we could do, or any items that were available. We finished ordering and waited on our food as we ordered it to-go. Then the high school student who made our food rudely threw our bag which was FULL of soups and sandwiches onto the counter. After we took our food there was no "have a good day" or anything. Not coming back again. 0/10. read more
