I've ordered delivery from this location numerous times and I've been completely satisfied. However, I was out and wanted a chicken noodle soup. I entered the establishment and walked to the kiosk to place my order and was greeted by a huge, deceased cockroach on the floor. This of course turned our stomachs, so we left and ate elsewhere. Such a bummer because I've been a huge fan of Panera Bread for a long time :(

    My food is amazing.

I love the food, I would come here for my last meal 10/10, the food was so good I basically swallowed it in one second, I LOVED IT.

Floors looked like this all over the dining room.

This place is filthy. No staff around, could not get service. The terrible reviews for this place are very accurate. Terrible.

If there was a zero I would give that. I have been going to Panera bread for many years. The food I just bought today a 1/2 salad and 1/2 soup was not only thrown together but smaller portions that don't add up to $17.00. I have provided a picture of the 1/2 Asian chicken salad. Keeps getting smaller and more disgusting. I would say I will not ever go back and this is theft for thr amount of money I had to pay. I'll be going to Chic-Fil-A next time. Don't waste your money.

This is my whole grilled cheese sandwich on a hot dog bun. The free french bread is bigger than my $12 sandwich :|

My full grilled cheese sandwich that I paid $12 for (and yes I am aware that is already absolutely ridiculous) came on a hot dog bun.... And I ordered a pick two with two creamy tomato soups with extra croutons and I got two lil bags with 3 croutons in it.

Most pitiful sandwich I've ever had in my entire life. For 13 dollars it should at least have a full slice of bread.

After sitting in the drive-thru for 12 minutes (only 1 other vehicle in front of me) I was told they were once again out of what I had come to order, the chicken and rice soup. I ordered a bowl of the chicken noodle for $9, waited another 7 minutes at the window for my food, and then received 2/3 of a "bowl." Unacceptable.

The sandwich was great and the Green Tea was very refreshing with a good citrus note to the Tea.

Damn, that was good!…read more The first thing about this place that stands out is that it's literally the best-smelling restaurant in Mooresville. And that's a lot of restaurants. I knew once it smelled good that it would taste good. Right. Anyway... Eating this was interesting because each bite kept getting better and I didn't want to stop. The only mistake I made was the wonton noodles. They were very good but they really just got in the way of the fresh ingredients, which were cold-yet-cooked grilled chicken, cucumbers, shredded carrots, mixed greens, white rice, and a mix of soy sauce and a soy base. When I left here, the freshness of this meal invigorated me. Another big plus is the friendliness of the staff. I can assure you that this is not the case for all restaurants in Mooresville. I would say half are genuinely friendly, 25% are faking it, and 25% are rude or just have no personality. The staff here is genuinely friendly, polite, patient, and happy to help. I highly recommend Poke Bros! I know there is more than one location so I can't speak for the others because I haven't been to them, but if you live in Mooresville, the other locations don't matter much and this one should be on your to-do list!

My husband got the chai cider, the spiced flavor was so amazing it warranted a second pint. We had the Spinach Crab Fondu and the Yuzu Ravioli as appetizers - the cranberry glaze on the ravioli was a delicious touch. I ordered the grilled Chicken Marsala for dinner and really enjoyed the mushroom sauce & potatoes. My husband liked his burger as well. We ended the night with the crème brûlée, which came with fresh strawberries. We were also offered free cookies when we closed out. The manager came by twice to chat, offer recommendations, and ask how everything was - he was very sweet!

We ended up ordering 2 fountain drinks, the spinach crab fondue, the seared scallop appetizer, farmers cobb salad, a caprese avocado panini with onion straws and a side of fries, french onion soup, and the espresso creme brulee. First and foremost, the food came out insanely fast. The seared scallops with creamed corn and pesto was fresh and delightful with a great sear. I do wish they were a bit bigger for the price, but it was a nice starter. The spinach crab fondue was so nice and hot when it came out that it was still bubbling. Strong crab flavor, a good portion size and plenty of fresh chips. The farmers Cobb salad had lots of seasoned fried chicken in it, the greens were fresh and the blue cheese dressing was nice and creamy. It even came with a fresh dinner roll. We advised the server we were going to split the panini and she was nice enough to plate them separately putting the onion straws on one and fries on the other. It wasn't so much a panini as it was just a ciabatta sandwich. The bottom bun was soggy as was the bacon but it was still very cheesy and tasty. The fries were hot and fresh and the onion straws weren't greasy and had a nice crunch. The French onion soup was hot and cheesy and was a nice portion. Could have had a bit more onion, but it hit the spot for the price. The espresso creme brulee was very very delicious. Not too sweet, had a great texture and came with a fresh strawberry, however the top could've been a bit hotter. A great way to end the meal. Overall, the meal was $99, which I think is very reasonable. Food came out quickly, tasted hot and fresh and thats exactly what you'd want on a cold day. Will definitely be back to try other menu options.
